Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, in ogni stanza. Fornito di ogni comfort necessario per brevi vacanze, anche per l'utilizzo degli
elettrodomestici. Ottimo per gruppo numeroso di 7-8 persone. In posizione centrale, vicinissimo a Ponte di Rialto. Essendo posizionato al 5° piano si ha la vista sui tetti di Venezia.
Purtroppo servirebbe un po' di manutenzione agli split dell'aria condizionata, in quanto funzionanti sì, ma con fatica. E ad armadi che purtroppo, anche per colpa dei pavimenti originali veneziani, stanno cedendo un po' 🥴

Sehr gute Lage, neben der Rialto-Brücke. Restaurants in der Nähe und Starbucks fürs Frühstück direkt gegenüber.
Das Haus war sehr sauber. Sanitärinstallation alt aber funktionsfähig.
Das Onlineanmeldesystem des Vermieters war die reine Katastrophe, nichts ging. Sind selbst mit zwei IT- und Telecom-Experten 4 Tage lang gescheitert. Dafür kamen geführt tausende Erinnerungsmails.
Die Telefonhotline war dagegen sehr bemüht, hat halt einen Gutteil der Fahrt gebraucht, bis der Check-In über das Telefon geklappt hat. Ende gut, alles gut - wir bekamen den Eintrittscode vor dem Erreichen der Stadt.
Wer alte venezianische Häuser (schiefe Wände, Böden, Türen) nicht mag, sollte lieber ein moderneres Hotel buchen.

La distribución de las habitaciones es perfecta y tener 2 baños, uno en cada extremo nos facilito la estancia. Es un muy buen apartamento con una localización perfecto, justo frente al puente de rialto y a 2 min. De supermercados.
La falta de ascensor. Fuimos con dos personas mayores pero superamos el inconveniente.

Bien situé, en centre-ville et non loin de tout. Bien propre. Sentait super bon dès l’entrée.
C’est difficile à comprendre ou se trouve l’appartement réserve une fois dans le bâtiment. Les indications ne sont pas claires. Je ne trouve pas que c’est super bien sécurisé et il y avait énormément de mouches dans l’appartement une fois que nous sommes rentrés. Également beaucoup de bruit venant des voisins. Le quartier n’inspirait pas très confiance non plus même s’il est bien situé
