Cà dell'arte Suite

Very clean and comfy, directions and communication extremely good

small recommendation of bedside lights in one of the rooms No means to light the gas hob.

The Staff were really helpful, clear instructions to get the keys. Staff were not on site at the time of our arrival, but easy to get hold of and communicate via phone. Flat was roomy, clean, and the location was perfect for out fly by trip. Allowed to leave bags once we checked out, which was a big big help. Although the bag space is ample, with lots of travellers, the space can fill quickly, so be mindful and get your bags stored early. Shops near by for groceries, over a nice little bridge.

The security code for our door was temperamental, however the staff via phone were really helpful, and directed me to a safe where the room key was stored. Staff are really helpful.

Great location

Location is great and apartment are good, not new, it needs to be repaired. It was cold in the apartment. We couldn’t turn on the air conditioner. Flat owner wrote me such messages: “It 's November , here in Venice there is ac from April to the middle of October” It's a general thing for the city, we can not control that. And they’d not provide ac remote control. It was cold for me and my child to sleep in that apartment

It was cold in the apartment and owner did not provided the ac remote control when I asked him.
