Spanning 50 m², the apartment offers a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. The high, wooden beamed ceilings add character, and large windows ensure the apartment is filled with natural light. Enjoy modern comforts like satellite TV, WiFi, and a double sofa bed for extra guests. The kitchen features a fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making it perfect for cooking meals. The cozy king-size bedroom includes a large wardrobe, while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience.

By Plane:
From Marco Polo Venice Airport:
Best option: Take the ALILAGUNA ORANGE LINE directly to Rialto (about 50 minutes).
Alternative: Take the ACTV or ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma, then board vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
From Treviso Airport:
Take the ATVO coach to Piazzale Roma, then vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
By Train:
From Venice Santa Lucia railway station: Take vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
By Cruise Ship:
From the cruise terminal: If direct vaporetto access isn’t available, take the shuttle or people mover to Piazzale Roma, then vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).
By Car:
From Piazzale Roma: Take vaporetto line 2 to Rialto (about 12 minutes).

Had a great stay here! Apartment is as described. Great communication. Clean, spacious, notes on the apartment amenities were helpful. Quiet building. It is on the 4th floor (no elevator like majority of buildings in Italy), but not really a big deal..just be aware of it. Close to everything you need to see and do in Venice. Don’t forget to check out Crazy Pizza just around the corner, as well as the gelaterie next to Hotel Da Bruno!! Have the Venetia cream gelato!!! 100% recommend staying here!

The apartment was a very nice one bedroom. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was also large. My main issue was the water heating system that was uncontrollable. It was not possible to control the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. The owner had left instructions but they were useless. Also, during my 4 night stay, I had to buy garbage bags, dish-washing liquid, laundry soap, and even toilet paper; all of which I donated to the owner when I left.The 4 flights of stairs weren't fun either.
