Perfect location, just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco. The staff was nice and responsive. Good value for money.
Not the same view as shown in the photos, and quite dusty under the beds. The place feels a bit old and could use better cleaning.

We had a good stay here. The rooms are nice and tidy, there is air-conditioning which was great with the hot days. Our host's staff gave us some helpful ideas and advice. It is close to a supermarket.
When we arrived to check in, we then had to wait another 20 mins before someone showed up to let us in. The shower could do with a good clean. The fridge also needs to be properly set, we had milk in it, and it went off because the fridge wasn't cold enough.

Location A+. Lovely terrace. Possibility to leave luggage after check out. Staff was friendly, when he finally arrived. Beds were comfortable. All in all, good for one night.
There is no toilet seat!! That is actually insane, i have never seen that in a western or southern Europe accommodation. For 1 day it’s fine, but we couldn’t have stayed more. New blankets would be nice too.
We gave them a 15 minute window, when we would arrive. But they just assumed we would be late, had to wait an additional 15 minutes, almost got late from the next pre-paid program. Thankfully the location was so close we could make it, but barely. Please don’t assume anyone is late, especially if they give a time frame. Or just please message and ask.

The location was excellent, very central and easy to get to. The area was good with lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby, including a small supermarket.
The photos and description advertised a kitchen area and hot tub - these were not applicable to our room which had no kitchen facilities just a fridge and kettle. The room was generally clean but clearly needed updating and a refresh.
