Perfect for a short stay in Venice. 2 bedrooms and shower room. Beds are comfortable.
Shower tended to flood if left running for more then 2 minutes.

I liked the location
I booked an apartment with kitchen and got a bedroom and a bathroom only.
Because of that we could not prepare any food to save money from eating at restaurants
They refused to tell me what the wifi passcode was
They refused to give us blankets. There were only bed sheets
There were no hand towels. Only bath towels
The rooms were on the third floor. Very difficult for us to walk up and down. I am 80 years old and my wife is 74
In short, we have enough reasons to be entitled to a refund
And I think booking.com is co-responsible and should help us be compensated for all the trouble
