Great central location, but the apartment needs some maintenance and cleaning.

Perfect location, just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco. The staff was nice and responsive. Good value for money.

Not the same view as shown in the photos, and quite dusty under the beds. The place feels a bit old and could use better cleaning.

Nice stay :)

We had a good stay here. The rooms are nice and tidy, there is air-conditioning which was great with the hot days. Our host's staff gave us some helpful ideas and advice. It is close to a supermarket.

When we arrived to check in, we then had to wait another 20 mins before someone showed up to let us in. The shower could do with a good clean. The fridge also needs to be properly set, we had milk in it, and it went off because the fridge wasn't cold enough.

Friendly staff and excellent location but amenities need updating on advert and a refresh needed

The location was excellent, very central and easy to get to. The area was good with lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby, including a small supermarket.

The photos and description advertised a kitchen area and hot tub - these were not applicable to our room which had no kitchen facilities just a fridge and kettle. The room was generally clean but clearly needed updating and a refresh.

A+ location. Terrace is nice as well. But the toilet…

Location A+. Lovely terrace. Possibility to leave luggage after check out. Staff was friendly, when he finally arrived. Beds were comfortable. All in all, good for one night.

There is no toilet seat!! That is actually insane, i have never seen that in a western or southern Europe accommodation. For 1 day it’s fine, but we couldn’t have stayed more. New blankets would be nice too. We gave them a 15 minute window, when we would arrive. But they just assumed we would be late, had to wait an additional 15 minutes, almost got late from the next pre-paid program. Thankfully the location was so close we could make it, but barely. Please don’t assume anyone is late, especially if they give a time frame. Or just please message and ask.

Apartment was on second floor with no lift. It was combirsome especially as we had senior citizens traveling with us.

Overall it suited our needs for a place to stay while visiting this unique city of Venice.

Stayed 3 nights with 2 adult children (Dec 24- Dec 27, 2023) Communication: We were readily able to communicate with Robi, our keyholder, both before and at arrival to our accommodations via WhatsApp. He met us promptly with keys and showed us to our room. Arrival: It is not far from the Rialto boat bus (450 m) ~ 6 min walk- a bit longer if carrying luggage, or if it's busy. Location: It is situated among the tiny cobbled streets lined with bougie shops, restaurants and residential homes, very close to San Marco Square (110 m, ~1 min walk) and the Grand Canal waterfront. The room(s): The main room has a double bed, large armoire and mini-fridge. Off this room is a modern bathroom with fabulous shower (and ample hot water for 3 of us!) and then a 2nd small bedroom oddly off the bathroom, which had a twin bed and a chair.

Address: This accommodation is on a quaint little cobbled street, but look look close or you might miss the address. We couldn't find "1763", but we did find "1762" to the upper right of the door. The room(s): Ours was located on the 2nd (3rd?) floor, (34 steps if I recall correctly) so definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. The windows opened out to other shuttered windows of other buildings - definitely no "Romantic Views" from our room. There was no terrace as we thought we had read in the description online.

Nothing “romantic” about this place as the description implies. Extremely small and the description and pictures on booking.com were not accurate. Refrigerator smelled like rotten fish despite the agent cleaning it several times with a disinfectant. The apartment we thought we were booking was not the one it was given to us.

Ok stay in Venise for one night.

Roof top terrasse was pleasant, fairly priced for Venice, air conditioning, the host was responsive.

Check-in wait (40min), the host apologized but it was still not pleasant to have to wait that long. Basic facilities, kitchen well equipped (induction plate, big fridge, dish washer), but glasses, pots etc very old and minimalist for 6 people. Could have been cleaner. It was ok for one night.

A+++ Great location, great communication, and comfy room.

The host was gracious enough to meet us. The bonus was that we happened to be on the same water taxi and helped me with my bags. It was great because my bags were pretty big and heavy.

It’s a 3rd floor walk up but with all the yummy pasta and pizza I was eating I gladly accepted the extra cardio. :)

The location of the property was supreme, everywhere was within walking distance in Venice. The property was also exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was excellent and even walked us to a local restaurant which was open at the time we arrived (11pm), he was also extremely kind and chatty when we arrived late in the evening. The pictures online did not do the property justice! The view from the terrace really was a romantic view of Venice! The perfect property for a family stay!!

I like location, but administration dont explain arrival situation. dont have person available after 8pm.

We need to make a Reservation near by Airport because dont have person to check in after 8pm and dont make refund and make doble night book in Venice for this situation. when arrive the next day morning the apartment is dirty. dont have amenities (Body Wash, Shampoo ect)
