Lovely property and location. Clean and modern and had everything we needed. The patio is lovely - breakfast with views over Venice ! Host was very helpful, as was the cleaning lady! Lovely people.
Location: Supermarket nearby and heaps of restaurants. Pizza for EUR 10 or less! We walked down the far end of the waterfront and lovely stroll back watching sun set (photos). We also did pre dinner drink at bar on 8th floor of Hilton Stucky. 1 minute walk from property. Expensive at 16 EUR glass of Prosecco, but amazing panoramic view over Venice, so well worth it! (See photo).
Giudecca is lovely and convenient. 3 vaporetto stops and one (palenca) just 5 m from property. The bus service every 12 mins and we bought the vaporetto 72 hour pass (EUR 45 each) which is the best thing to do as soon as you arrive at the main bus station- P.Roma! We travelled far and wide ! And if you are lucky enough to sit up front just stay on it up and down the grand canal as often as you like! Murano and Burano included in that price too.
the shower is visible through glass from lounge so fine for a couple , but my daughter instructed me to stay out of the lounge when she showered!! . Back up shower , in the bath - not visible from lounge though.
The blinds are not blackout so it’s quite light early AM summer - may want to pack eye covering if light sleeper. Neither are big issues .
Not the fault of the property- but I should have packed mosquito repellent as attacked at night!

Sehr geräumig und sehr ruhige Lage, große Terrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche.
Bei Booking.com werden drei Bäder angepriesen, die es leider nicht gibt. Es gibt bei zwei offenen Schlafzimmern nur eine Dusche, die dem Hauptschlafzimmer zugeordnet ist, das ist für dieses Loft eindeutig zu wenig.
Keine Nachtkästchen und auch keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe.
