This comfortable and renovated apartment is located along the "Rio dei Carmini" Canal. From this position you will enjoy the panorama of Giudecca island and immerse yourself in the magical Venice atmosphere!
It is located in Sestiere Dorsoduro, famous for the presence of the Cà Foscari University and IUAV, the University of Architecture and Design. This Sestiere is attended by young people and it is close to the city centre and the touristic sites.
The apartment is very spacious and located in a renovated Venetian building with a lift and a small garden; modern design in a classic environment!
