The accommodation is located in Venice, Giudecca, in the beautiful Molino Stucky building (which also houses the Hilton Hotel) and served as a mill and barn of Venice. Channel view. Elegant. Well served by the vaporetti.
The accommodation is located in Venice, Giudecca, in the beautiful building of the Molino Stucky, 19th century, which served as a mill and barn of Venice. The apartment is spacious (72 sqm) and has a standard capacity of 2 guests, which can be lifted to a maximum of 4 guests thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed. Parquet flooring and wood-beamed ceilings characterize the apartment. The decor is sober and essential and allows great freedom of movement. In the large living room an equipped semi-partition separates the sleeping area, with a double bed, from the living room. There is a large well-equipped kitchenette in the living room. Large entrance and bathroom. Conditioned air. The apartment is on the second floor, with lift. Concierge Service (8am to 5pm). Around the Molino Stucky, which also hosts the prestigious Hilton Hotel, ample green areas, well-kept. Restaurants, typical trattorias, shops, bars and supermarket nearby.
Getting to your house from Venice Santa Lucia train station or from Piazzale Roma will be very simple. Take the public vaporetto, line 2, to the "Palanca" dock (6-7 stops): the house is just a 5 minute walk (about 300 meters). You're there.

Our stay was spectacular! The place was clean! And we were able to have a magnificent view of the water from our apartment! We enjoyed Venice immensely!Would highly recommend this place!

The condo is nicely suitated right next to Hilton. It is a unit on the side of canal it give you incredible view with boats and ferries passing by. With the convenience of the vaporetto. It is only 5 min walk to the Condo. To get t across to St Mark square it only take 10 min. The unit is spacious and a modern kitcken. The bed is comfortable. Athought the bathroom is big with double pedestals sinks. The bathtub is narrow. It would be nice to updated in a half shower glass rather than the shower curtain. Overall it does need a new paint job to refresh and it will make an outstanding unit.

The apartment is an excellent location for a visit to Venice. It is away from the crowds just far enough to access easily by boat, with an incredible view across the canal. There are plenty of restaurants and historic buildings on the island itself. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and well equiped. We would definitely return!

This property was a huge disappointment! The only "exceptional " part was the view. It is stark, cold, and uninviting.
ng. Not a picture on the wall. Large, looming unusable furniture. A terrible bathtub and shower. Horrible lighting. No free electrical outlets. We left early, and checked into the Hilton next door.
