MANSARDINA - 1 min from Accademia - duplex stylish and cosy

This is perfect apartment in Venice it had everything we needed for two adults and two teenagers. The location was perfect both for getting into the main area at night time. But to all to the water transport docks we had a fantastic time and Venice is beautiful place to visit

Location, accommodation, hosting, all wonderful. First time in Venice, so was unsure where to stay. We couldn’t have found a better spot. Tucked away in a quiet corner, living like a local. But 1 min from a lovely restaurant, 5 mins walk to Accademia bridge over the Grand Canal on 1 side with walking to St Marks. And 5 mins walk to Zattere on the other with numerous waterside eateries. Bakery, small supermarket, brunch, bars, shops, canals, all within 5 mins stroll. Accommodation felt just right for 2 adults, 2 kids. Air con held up despite the heat wave. Our host was a WhatsApp away to help make the most of our stay. Enjoyed seeing the movie locations, Casino Royale, The Tourist, Indiana Jones.

The location is just perfect. Walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. The whole system for getting to the property and receiving the keys is so easy! One big advantage is that the last day you can storage the luggage in the basement. That is a big advantage!

Location is great and well furnished.

Unbearable heat with not well equipped air conditioning. Impossible to enjoy the apartment during the day. Too hot! Never heard back from host about mitigating heat. Upstairs toilet doesn’t work very well.
