MANSARDINA - 1 min from Accademia - duplex stylish and cosy

The flat is very suitable for four adults or a family. There is one full bathroom and another separate room with a toilet and basin, which is convenient for four guests. We have lots of space to move around inside the apartment. The location is very good for getting around Venice, especially since it is just next to the Accademia Gallery. The host always provides very clear instructions and procedures with photos on how to open the front door and the flat door. We didn't have any problem at all. There are many fans and two cooler air-cpnditioners and they all are working well. There is a storage area with an extra € 10 fee for all luggage after check-out, which we are very happy. Highly recommend staying in this apartment for a group so you don't need to stay outside the main island.

One cupboard to cover the boiler (?) inside the kitchen needs to be fixed. However, it will not affect our rating for this flat.

This is perfect apartment in Venice it had everything we needed for two adults and two teenagers. The location was perfect both for getting into the main area at night time. But to all to the water transport docks we had a fantastic time and Venice is beautiful place to visit

Nothing

Location, accommodation, hosting, all wonderful. First time in Venice, so was unsure where to stay. We couldn’t have found a better spot. Tucked away in a quiet corner, living like a local. But 1 min from a lovely restaurant, 5 mins walk to Accademia bridge over the Grand Canal on 1 side with walking to St Marks. And 5 mins walk to Zattere on the other with numerous waterside eateries. Bakery, small supermarket, brunch, bars, shops, canals, all within 5 mins stroll. Accommodation felt just right for 2 adults, 2 kids. Air con held up despite the heat wave. Our host was a WhatsApp away to help make the most of our stay. Enjoyed seeing the movie locations, Casino Royale, The Tourist, Indiana Jones.

Location is great and well furnished.

Unbearable heat with not well equipped air conditioning. Impossible to enjoy the apartment during the day. Too hot! Never heard back from host about mitigating heat. Upstairs toilet doesn’t work very well.
