The place was very nice and and we were 4 people and we enjoyed your stayed quite nice to st Mark palace via ferry. Place was next to transportation so it was very easy and convenient. Near by restaurants and groceries shop so overall it was amazing
Only thing I would say is wifi. Wifi was poor.

Die Lage hat mir gefallen. Die Lage hat der Beschreibung entsprochen und entsprach den Erwartungen.
Die Heizung hat funktioniert. Das W-Lan hat funktioniert.
Der Service war mittelmäßig. Die Kommunikation schlecht. Es war nur ein Austausch über Mail möglich. Man hat deutlich verstanden, dass die Mails über chat gpt verfasst wurden.
Den Standard, den wir dort angetroffen haben, entsprach meines Erarchtens, höchstens eines 1-Sterne Hotels. Die Möbeln waren kaputt. Das Schlafsofa war schlechteste Qualität. Die Mindestausstattung im Bad war nicht gegeben, keine Seifenhalter, keine Becher für Zahnbürsten, die Duschabtrennung war kaputt, der Handtuchhalter verrostet, das Bidet hat gar nicht funktioniert. Im Schlafzimmer keine Nachttischlampen oder jegliche Beleuchtung dieser Art. Die Matratze knickte hinter dem Kopf nach unten ab. Die Schiebetüren des Schranken gingen nicht zu. In der Küche war es nicht sauber, die Küchenausstattung war extrem dürftig. Die Sofabezüge, Kissenbezüge dreckig und speckig. Die Steckdosen hingen teilweise lose von der Wand oder waren behilfsmäßig mit Klebeband befestigt. Die Wohnung hat moderig gerochen.
