Great for the right people

Location is great, quiet and secluded but close to San Barnaba and Zattere. The apartment is full of history in artwork and artifacts. A very intimate experience. Towels were clean and abundant. I appreciate the host's trust and the independence. Wonderful place.

This someone's home, in good way: decorated with objects and art, in a less good way: finding clothes in the closets and many shoes in the kitchen. There is a fine line between art and junk. It is nice to have some basic supplies both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, but not nice to find many used packets of coffee and old bottles of shampoo. There was just one roll of bathroom tissue for a 4 day stay. There could be a small welcome package with some fresh basic starters. There was laundry hanging in the bathroom during the entire stay. The house is particular, and fragile, and needs guests that can appreciate its imperfections and who will preserve the old spirit of Venice, without luxury but with much soul.

Getting in and out was very easy with clear instructions and no messing around. The apartment is in a quiet area, but there is easy access to supermarket, restaurants and the water bus.

Fantastic clean and conveniently located apartment

the appartment was very clean, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and out of the tourist huddle and bustle, yet very conveniently located - walkable and close to a boat peer. Our hosts were very welcoming, great communication and helpful throughout our stay.

Quiet area away from tourist spots, but within walking distance to many areas and close to vaporetto. Interesting spacious flat, comfortable old style, its charm was its age. Good communication with owner who gave recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

Location was great, historic building, lovely outdoor terrace.

Posting said there was a double bed, there was not. There was a single bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. We ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor.

Very nice stay at the Artist's House and wonderful visit to Venice

I especially enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the shore, vaporetto stops, a super market and many restaurants nearby. The wall art decorations in the place are impressive, but the apartment itself is comfortable, well equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there and I would definitely try to stay there again when I go back to Venice.

Great stay for an enjoyable trip in Venice

Great location outside the tourist area. It was an easy walk to get to all the major areas of Venice, and close to water taxis. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. The apartment owner was incredibly helpful and assisted with getting us a taxis for our early airport departure. Would recommend this stay to anyone looking to visit Venice!

Wonderful flat in dorsoduro

Great sunny flat, very inviting kitchen, a quiet location outside the main touristic zones but yet very close to everything.

No much to complain about as it was quite a nice experience. The only issue was not receiving a proper invoice (important for business trips)

We felt very much at home in the apartment and had an excellent time there, The place was beautifully furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. We felt very well looked after.

整体比较满意，值得推荐！

地点很不错，虽然距离火车站不算近但可以乘坐公交船抵达，San Basilio码头距离住宿很近，下船后步行5分钟就可以到达。码头旁边就有一个CONAD CITY超市，里面的东西很全甚至有熟食区，不想下馆子的可以在这个超市解决自己的午餐和晚餐。房东将领取钥匙的方法和注意事项提前告知并且很详细，所以很方便的就拿到了钥匙。卧房本身不是很大但卫生很不错，厨房和用餐区面积还算可以，自己做饭也没问题。

有些设施偏老旧，尤其是淋浴缸有些渗水，每次洗完澡厕所地面上都有水，需要及时清理干净才行。住宿没有电梯，需要抬着行李箱上楼梯。

Nada recomendable

La decoración del piso y su ubicación.

La calefacción era escasa para una casa con techos altos. El agua de la ducha salía templada La limpieza de la casa era inexistente como por ejemplo: tazas con restos de café, cazuelas sucias, bandeja del horno con restos de migas , sartenes sin fregar, el frente de los fogones chorreado aceite y la zona de cocinar no había visto un estropajo en la vida. Por no hablar de radiadores y ventanas que no podían tener mas mugre. Todo ésto no sería muy llamativo si no se nos hubieran cobrado 50€ previamente en concepto de limpieza que por supuesto no se vieron reflejados por ningún lado. Como comprenderéis no nos amargó la estancia en Venecia porque es imposible pero sí la empañó un poco porque nuestra idea era hacer alguna comida en casa y así nos limitamos exclusivamente a los desayunos. Lo peor de todo es que nos pusimos en contacto con los propietarios para comunicárselo y mandarles las fotografías y desde entonces no han dejado de coaccionarnos para que no escribamos una mala reseña porque les podría perjudicar en adelante con su negocio.

Гарна ,тепла ,чиста добре укомплектована квартира з цікавим інтерʼєром. Поруч супермаркет, зупинка вапаретто, ресторан. Привітні власники швидко реагували на звернення!!! В кухні вода гаряча ,багато посуду,посудомийна машина,миючі засоби, кава, чай,цукор, олія та інше. В ванній кімнаті є пральна і сушильна машини,праска,фен і решту все необхідне.

Ideal para estancia en familia

El barrio es tranquilo, sin ruidos, hay un supermercado cerca para comprar. A 25 minutos andando a San Marcos, cerca de restaurantes. Las camas son cómodas y el apartamento amplio y cómodo para familia de cuatro personas. El equipamiento es muy bueno, el horno espectacular.

Vacaciones en Venecia

La ubicación estaba bien, tranquilo. La casa tiene mucha personalidad con cuadros y libros, algunos muy antiguos. Las camas eran cómodas. El propietario atento a dar información útil!

Los armarios estaban llenos de ropa, chanclas y cosas personales que "cortan un poco el rollo". Había pocas tazas y las sillas no son muy cómodas. El suelo estaba deshecho en algunas partes (no se puede ir descalzo).
