Very enjoyable!

We travelled in from Sienna , bus & train links to the property are excellent. The accommodation is well located for all attractions, restaurants & bars. Everything is within walking distance. There is a bakery literally across the street for croissants and coffee . Although the room is well equipped to cater . There is a coffee machine, kettle, panini toaster ,double hob and microwave to prepare food and a breakfast bar if you wish to eat in . The bed is firm and comfortable . The shower is good , with plenty of water pressure. Air con is activated by remote as and when required.

There is nothing to dislike.

This has been a fantastic stay! Each time entering, we found ourselves in a welcoming, calm, quiet, gorgeous home! Not only this place offered a comfortable rather large room, but also use of other facilities- common room, beautiful terrace in a shade. And I have to add- coffee offered here at breakfast might be one of the best in town!

Superb

What a year we all had! I missed travelling, Italy and staying in this charming place just enhanced the whole Tuscany experience, close to train station to get to Florence, Lucca.. Or just to enjoy a day on the Viareggio beach..

The stay was okay, but I think it was a bit to expensive for just a room.

The host was very friendly and introduce us the b&b, we get every day new towels what I really liked.

Unfortuanetly breakfast was only on sunday and monday after this time, the host tell us that the season was over and there were no breakfast anymore. It says flat-screen, but this TV is like from 1995. No HDMI bad picture and very small. We could not watch our streaming in there.

La camera fa parte della villa della proprietaria, quindi la signora e' sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o consiglio. Colazione buona , abbondante

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda della doccia il primo giorno, la signora e' stata subito reattiva per cercare di risolvere. Abbiamo risolto il secondo giorno.

Struttura ben curata, pulitissima, in una posizione ottima vicina alla pineta e al mare, raggiungibile a piedi. La proprietaria simpaticissima, accogliente e capace di fare colazioni super!!! Dolci fatti in casa superiori a quelli di tanti hotel !

La proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha accolto come se fossimo a casa nostra. La posizione è ottima per tutto. Le camere sono accoglienti e pulite e la colazione è ricca e buona. La consigliamo. Ps: un bacio a Biagino♥️

Dopo il Carnevale spaziale, un riposo altrettanto spaziale.

La colazione è stata oltremodo soddisfacente. Ho cercato dei difetti o qualcosa che non fosse al suo posto, ma non ci sono assolutamente riuscito. Bellissima struttura, in stile vecchia Viareggio. Camere spaziose con soffitti alti. Letto comodissimo e possibilità di usare la cucina con tutti i confort. non dico altro: proprietaria persona squisita e disponibilissima. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

nulla. L'unica pecca, se così la possiamo definire, è la mancanza del bidet. Ma poco importa, c'è una comodissima e spaziosa doccia da poter utilizzare.

B&B in una villa tipica Viareggina. Tutto curato, pulitissimo. La titolare una ragazza squisita, gentilissima. Colazione da gran hotel, quasi tutto preparato da lei. Camere spaziose, zone comuni molto belle e attrezzate.
