good, but we need to change the approach to breakfast at least

liked the room and location

The breakfast is very poor, there is no buffet, you can't get coffee from the machine during the day, it's forbidden. We paid for breakfast on the day of departure, we didn't get it, although we informed the owner about the early departure. We were able to make coffee ourselves and they gave us 2 pieces of cookies and that's it, 2 pieces for breakfast.

The location was fantastic. One block off the main walking strip to shops and the beach. The hotel breakfast was great! Staff fantastic and our room was very clean. The bathroom amenities were great. Shower perfect. Would stay here again! No complaints at all!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Paolina family hotel. We appreciated the excellent breakfast. The hotel is located very close to the beach. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. The best staff ever!

The location was top (near by the beach), also staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned very good.

Very small room and very small and uncomfortable douche... The hair dryer was very old...There was no devise to dry towels and swimwear...

A great stay in a pitoresque and clean family ran hotel. Thank you!

We were on a city break of 4 days aimed at exploring the Tuscan Riviera. This location was perfect for our needs. The hotel is great and the people working here are very polite and helpful. It is a well ran family business. The rooms are very clean and the views from the last floor are amazing.

Be aware that the hotel has 4 stories and no lift. The stairs are also steep and quite narrow.

Nice hotel with amazing location & breakfasts!

Really good breakfasts: you can choose whatever you like from the provided menu. No lift, but staff notify the guests and help with the luggage. Good and helpful staff. Nice location in center with around 3 min to the sea and 20 min walk to Viareggio station. Beach access with the lower prices.

Perfect location (3 minutes to boulevard/beach, 10 minutes to trainstation), very friendly staff, spacious room with airco and safe, small but clean bathroom, fresh towels and cleaning everyday, breakfast with homemade sweets.

Piccolo relax durante il carnevale

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole sotto tutti i punti di vista. Siamo stati a Viareggio per vedere il carnevale e la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per seguire l'evento. Hotel ben tenuto e gestito benissimo a partire dall'accoglienza, il personale della struttura sempre attento e pronto ad accontentare gli ospiti. Le piccole strutture a conduzione familiare riescono quasi sempre a far sentire gli ospiti come a casa come in questo caso.

La struttura è pulita, accogliente e in posizione ottima per assistere alle sfilate del carnevale. La camera era spaziosa e luminosa, con bagno comodo e doccia molto grande. Dalla finestra ai vede il mare in lontananza. Stefano e Paolo sono di una gentilezza davvero unica! Disponibili al 100% ci hanno accontentati anche nelle richieste che non avevamo fatto, proponendoci soluzioni che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto!

Bardzo blisko deptaka, sklepu spożywczego i plaży (niestety dodatkowo płatna). W pokoju było codziennie sprzątane i dostarczano czyste ręczniki. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Śniadanie w porządku aczkolwiek trzeba było od razu zaznaczyć na karcie co się zamawia i brakowało mi możliwości dorobienia sobie kawy. Śniadania typowo włoskie - na słodko.

Totul a fost la superlativ!Vom reveni cu siguranță!Hotelul este situat foarte aproape de mare si centru,proprietarii(Stefano& Paolo)foarte amabili,micul dejun fabulos cu briose,cookies,etc facute in casa,,camera extrem de curata,curatenie si prosoape curate zilnic,doamna Ana ne-a schimbat lenjeria chiar daca am stat doar 7 nopti. Din punctul nostru de vedere hotelul merita 5 stele!Multumim!
