The best service, you are cared for like family. And best location.

Location

One of the beds was really worn in, could feel the metal bar under the mattress. It could either use a flip or a replacement. But we had a second single bed that was perfect. Probably just because we went at the end of a really busy season. Wasn’t a big bother for us, but worth swapping that mattress sooner than later.

Good location, pleasant staff

Good location, pretty close to the sea, surprisingly exceptional breakfast with a variety of options. Very friendly staff, Diego and Alessandro helped us greatly.

Ticket to the beach is more expensive than we expected, with a kind discount from the hotel it was 16 euros for the family per day. A couple of bottles with mineral water and a small fridge-mini bar in the room would be appreciated by the guests, in my opinion.

Great location (close to the beach and not far from the train station), clean and comfortable room with balcony, excellent breakfast (beside the cakes, coffee, etc. also some cold buffet (meat) and cheese), very friendly and helpful staff speaking excellent English.

Shower cabin could be a bit bigger.

Excellent accommodation with very helpful and friendly staff!

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Even with some language barriers they assisted us with great locations to play with our kids, a nice private beach for the day, and a very strong dinner recommendation. The breakfast was amazing as well. We would definitely stay there if we travel to Viareggio again.

Gli spazi comuni e la camera erano puliti. Buona colazione, crepes e frittata fatti al momento. Ci è piaciuta la possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vicinanze e acquistare presso la reception dei biglietti ridotti per il Carnevale. Anche la posizione è buona, vicino al centro e al lungomare

Il letto era scomodo, l'acustica terribile. Macchine che passano, clacson che suonano, cani che abbaiano, ecc ecc. Sarà stato per la finestra rotta nella seconda camera. Sì seconda camera, perché abbiamo dovuto cambiare abitazione. Nella prima si moriva di freddo. Il termosifone non era stato acceso e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Abbiamo aspettato tanto per una soluzione.

Hotel e personale al top. Il gestore Diego ci ha fatto immediatamente sentire a nostro agio. Una colazione "importante" 🤣 ed una camera perfetta, rendono impossibile un non ritorno in struttura.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Hotels neben dem großen Park und nahe dem Strand ist super. Der Chef Diego und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch offen (wir bekamen Rührei, Spiegelei, Crepes mit Nutella, heiße Schokolade, richtigen italienischen Cappuccino, ...) und die Auswahl an frischen Kuchen sind ein besonderer Genuß! 18 Euro für den "La Pace" Strand mit Poolbenutzung (vom Hotel empfohlen) war preiswert und das Parken um 5 Euro pro Tag in den Straßen rund um das Hotel kein Problem.

Un nuovo punto di riferimento a Viareggio

La struttura offre quel di cui si può aver bisogno i vacanza in una località di mare: letto comodo, condizionatore silenzioso ed efficiente, sanitari e asciugamani puliti. La colazione? Molto ricca e varia, sia salata che dolce (ottime le uova strapazzata). La gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario e dello staff sono certamente un plus. Alla prossima!

Lokacija je izvrstna, čez cesto je velik park, do plaže prečkate tri križišča. Osebje v hotelu priporoča različne restavracije, lokale, plaže in izlete. V sklopu nastanitve imate cenejše parkiranje in zakup ležalnikov na plaži. Zajtrk je izvrsten in raznolik. Hotel ima dvigalo. So izjemno prijazni do psov!!! Zelo priporočamo!

Nem volt a szobában hűtőszekrény, ami nyáron 36 fokban minimum elvárható lenne! Parkolási lehetőség szinte lehetetlen.

Es war sehr schön in Viareggio

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man braucht und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem (hatte mal keine Rückenschmerzen 😂👍). Für eine 2 Stern Unterkunft wirklich TOP. Die Lage def Unterkunft ist super. Gleich neben an der grosse Park (schön zum spazieren) und wenige Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade und Meer. Auch Restaurants hat es gleich in der Nähe.

Posizione perfetta, a due passi dal mare a 10 minuti dalla stazione e soprattutto di fronte ad un parco stupendo. Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Colazione top, torte fatte in case, non mancava nulla.

Tutto perfetto! Diego ci ha accolto in maniera splendida, è stato super gentile e disponibile in tutte le nostre esigenze. Colazione fantastica con torte, croissant, uova fatte sul momento e delle strepitose crepes. Posizione comodissima vicino al lungomare e all'ingresso della pineta. Grazie a questa struttura abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza!
