Compared to the location, the room is very outdated, so the price is very reasonable.

Great location, helpful front desk manager.

Unfortunately the room was disappointing. Based on the pictures I expected much better. I should have taken into account that it was cheaper than average, I was wrong.

Fantastic place!

Excellent value for the money! Very nice rooms, clean, comfotable, have air conditioning. Breakfast is served in ala carte style and was really good. The staff is very helpful and kind. Location is great and the restaurants/surroundings are really beautiful and good. Definetly would gonna come again if visiting Viareggio again!

Only minus was that the staff didnt speak that good english but its okay since they used really well translator. We understood everything, checking in and out was easy.

Very good

The hotel is two blocks away from the beach, so you can easily walk there. The host was very nice, kind and helpful. Room had air conditioner which was great considering there were nearly 40 degrees outside.

Clean room, and warm reception. The location is excellent since its right in the centre of Viareggio. Everything is accessible (supermarket, restaurants, train station etc).

Well located, minutes from the beach. No English spoken, but Google Translate was available. The breakfast room was clean and fresh, with lovely decor. The owner was obliging.

The room was basic. The shelf above the sink was broken - things rolled off it, the shower curtain was cut short so water spread liberally across the floor; towel/clothing hooks had long since disappeared; shower-head tightener was broken; no soap holder. It needs a complete revamp even for a one-star hotel. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The bed lamp was not working. Eggs (on the menu) at breakfast were finished an hour before breakfast finished; cereals quality and quantity were poor. The worst feature was the bedroom which was bare of any decoration - nothing but an old wooden wardrobe and a chair. Much potential but needs real attention.

Decent hotel close to everything

Lovely hosts , good Italian breakfast , room cleaned everyday and amazing towels. Thank you for the the balcony room !

Only one socket near the window. A very noisy property, you can hear everything. First night room above had 2 dogs , could hear everything especially the dogs dragging their food bowl on the floor tiles , the remaining of the stay we had some loud teenagers in the room above … if not bothered about the noise this is a perfect place pace .

Very clean, quiet room

Air-conditioner was not working well, service was only partially friendly (did not even try to communicate in English) and the only good thing at breakfast was the coffee. Furthermore, our room was not prepared at the agreed time

A very nice stay

We stayed in a really nice room under the roof. The only disadvantage was the absence of elevator because we had terribly heavy suitcases, but the hotel staff was very nice to help us with bags. Grazie!

Definitely recommend

The owner is amazing- he really went out of his way to help us. The location is very central and the breakfast was one of our best in Italy. It is those little touches that make all the difference and this what you get here. Would definitely come back.

Il calore e l'accoglienza di una volta...

Accoglienti, gentili e disponibilissimi i proprietari. Struttura in posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla passeggiata sul lungomare...ottima scelta anche durante il Carnevale. Camera carina, ben riscaldata e silenziosa. Letto molto comodo e biancheria profumata. Buona la colazione...soprattutto perché accompagnata dal sorriso e dai buoni consigli per visitare le bellezze della zona!

Molto bene considerando che non è un hotel a 3 stelle

La disponibilità del proprietario, la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio oltre l'orario di checkout, la colazione. Mi sono trovato bene a dormire. Il costo della stanza è stato buono.

L'unico problema è stato il profumo un po' troppo intenso usato nella stanza. Io e la mia famiglia non siamo abituati a usare profumi per le stanze; se siete persone a cui da fastidio il profumo consiglio di avvisare il proprietario per maggiore sicurezza.

Posizione centrale e relativamente vicina alla stazione. Buona colazione non esagerata ma c'era tutto. Camera pulitissima, molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari.
