Friendly and welcoming reception on arrival and offered a beverage. Alan and cath were both helpfull, informative and friendly. Very good quality food offered at breakfast time, especially enjoyed our cooked breakfast.

We had a great time, we were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived, room was good size, beds were comfortable, showers were good, and breakfast was perfect
