Very pleasant room, with a comfortable bed. Everything I needed was in the room. Located in a nice quiet road, but close enough to the town and sea front.

Room was clean, bed was comfy and it felt like I was at home rather than a hotel. It’s a few minutes walk from the beach and main attractions but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet at night. The lady who owns it is lovely she even got up early to take me and my daughter to the train station at 6.30am on the day we left. Definitely great value for money.

Location was good 10 min walk to the town centre, parking on site .Shower in the room was decent.
Basic room and furnishings.
The landlady was very pleasant throughout.
Checked in ok .was asked for a £10 key deposit straight away. Only accepts cash (no card machine ). £89 for one night as a couple (no breakfast included. £7.50 extra if wanted breakfast) was a little pricey I thought .
