Property is in a great location, just off the sea-front and has its own parking. Stayed in Room 2 and it was quiet and we slept well in the comfortable bed. Room had TV, tea/coffee-making facilities and a decent shower. Used the spacious lounge for working, which was a real bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and hosts Roger & Sarah could not have been more welcoming and attentive. If we return to Skegness, we will definitely stay here again.
Nothing - it was perfect for our stay.

Breakfast was top notch, got to pick what I would like each day so was always satisfied, generous portions too. Thank you to the owners, it was such a nice touch being greeted each morning really starts your day off right!
