A thoroughly nice, comfortable hotel run by very nice people

This is a very nice, clean and modern hotel. I was met by Nicole, a very pleasant lady from Yorkshire, who is the host. The room itself was very modern, with lots of drinks, including bottled water, Yorkshire tea (of course), and coffee. The hotel was quiet, and the off-road parking was very useful. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very well located for my needs. Parking facilities good, my room was spotlessly clean and not too cluttered. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of hot water available at all times.

Excellent stay

Our stay was wonderful the hosts were friendly and attentive nothing too much trouble, the rooms beautiful and spotless and for the breakfast it was amazing so much choice and good quality produce . Close to town centre superb place to stay , see you next time thank you .

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, a very good stay and worth the price

The property was so lovely and clean, the staff were so welcoming and lovely, i came here by myself and it was amazing from start to finish, very modern, very quiet in the property which is nice when you want to have a nice sleep and have children stay! I would definitely come here again, it was so close to the beach and seafront/shops

Been a few times now it's our go to place in Skegness the service is fantastic the hotel is spotless and Nicola is a fantastic host. Skegness now has 2 big chain hotels but they don't have the welcome and personal touch that the Ivernia hotel does, we visited this time with my daughter and family and they had the family room it was spacious and spotless and perfect for two adults and two children we will definitely be back

Lovely weekend away

Highly recommended!

A great find! ...very clean, modern, and the owners made us feel very welcome; nothing was too much trouble. Within easy walking distance of the centre of Skegness. Highly recommended. We look forward to another visit sometime.

Perfect location & very friendly

This is in a great location & short walk from the beach & town. Lots of good restaurants close by. Host Nicola was lovely & very helpful. Room had everything you needed including drinks & biscuits & toiletries and very clean. Would definitely stay there again

Family run hotel. They were nice and friendly. Rooms were right size for single guests and was clean.

Fantastic hotel

We were made to feel very welcome for our two night stay. The hotel was spotless and beautifully decorated throughout. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and had a great shower. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of hot and cold food. There was also a lovely garden to sit in.

We struggled to get a good temperature for the shower going from very cold to very hot.This could have been us not being very canny with the controls.

Great hotel, good location and the staff very friendly. My wife didn't make breakfast so the owner kindly offered to make her a breakfast sandwich which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place for a night away at the seaside

Beautiful hotel really nice modern feel to it and the whole place was immaculate. The hosts was lovely couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are spacious, has the comfiest beds. Would highly recommend for a place to stay in Skegness.

Really enjoyed our stay, very welcoming and friendly on arrival..the property is on a quiet back street with their own car park but also plenty of on street parking..it had all just been recently refurbished, the room was very clean and spacious, would not hesitate to book again thankyou

Excellent stay.

Great location in a quiet street but within walking distance to the promenade and all what Skegness has to offer. Spotlessly clean and very friendly owner. Parking on site. Plenty of tea/coffee and complimentary water in the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to staying here again. Super comfy beds !

Staying at the Ivernia was a very a great pleasure; we will certainly return.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent for the town and beach. Beds were really comfortable. Room was very clean. Nicola, the host, was above and beyond anything we would have expected: welcoming, friendly, very caring and considerate; a joy to stay with. Convenient car park.
