Was greeted at the door very welcoming and friendly room was clean and tidy and tea coffee available in your room toiletries and towels also provided which there was enough for our 2 night stay
The shower could do with updating very low water pressure at one point it was trickling out the shower head and looks a bit grubby

Was there for the Reggae & Ska festival. Hotel is in great location and near to everything Owners, Wendy and Paul were very friendly and welcoming, told us everything we needed to know. Hotel and room very clean (we stayed in room 3), and had everything you needed during our 2 night stay and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we can get in next year. Highly recommend.

Very welcoming hosts. They took the time to explain where we were and how to get to the main thoroughfare which was very helpful. It it well located for the centre and the sea. The bed was very comfortable, bed sheets very comfortable and clean. The lounge area downstairs is very pleasant.
Stepping back in time: The stairs are carpeted and are slippery on the way down. Quite a few stains on the carpet, and the bedroom is quite old fashion with a mishmash of items. The glass shelves in the bathroom are precarious. The plumbing woke us up very early as the heating system came on...(we then anticipated a hot shower) Unfortunately, the water was very lukewarm for me (I could not get warm under it) and well, the water was freezing for my husband. We had not book a breakfast so cannot comment.
