The Kildare

The location was perfect and the room was lovely. Murray the owner is lovely and very accomodating .Beautiful B&B clean , tidy and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and the heating worked well the room got warm very quickly which is amazing. Breakfast was included in the price with a huge variety to choose from .....13 different cereals , pastries , toast & full cooked breakfast. Value for money all round . Couldnt ask for anything more the best B&B ive stayed in around Skegness .

This isnt a negative as such just a personal opinion, whilst The Kildare smelt lovely thanks to beautifully placed reed diffusers it hit my senses everytime I walked either out of my room or in the building. 3 diffusers of what appeared to be different scents in a small area. 1 as you came in the door , 1 half way up the stairs and 1 at the top od the stairs. Maybe just 1 is needed in the entrance hall as they are good ones that actually smell . Although it was nice not to have horrible smells like other places ive stayed.

Enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay at the Kildare. Location is a short walk from the town centre with parking available outside the property. Rooms.were lovely and clean with comfy beds and pillows . We had room 10 which come with a separate shower room just opposite in the corridor. Also included was a freshly cooked buffet breakfast which was lovely. Great selection of breakfast cereals , teas and coffee. Murray the owner gives you a full introduction about the property and surrounding area which is great. Overall a great experience enjoyed at the kildare and we will be booking again for next year darts at Skegness.

Nothing.

The host is friendly, efficient and has deceloped a great B&B. The breakfast is lovely and there was no problem in providing veggie sausages.

Lovely and clean, located on a quiet road just 10minutes walk from the beach and shops. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice that it was hard to choose ! Murray the owner was exceptionally nice and cooked the Breakfast perfectly! Will definitely use again 👍
