Perfect B&B

Great little B&B perfect for what we needed, on a quiet road with parking. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room itself was nicely decorated and very clean with a big bathroom and comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

What an excellent guesthouse! Everything about Fountaindale was great, from the friendly welcome onwards. My room was very well equipped, everywhere was immaculately clean and the freshly cooked breakfast was lovely. Definitely a good choice in Skegness.

I will definitely stay again when I am in the area

The welcome from Gemma was lovely very pleasant and informative. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable better than any premier inn I have stayed at. A special thanks for my prepared early breakfast nothing seemed to be any trouble. Very rarely do I do reviews but you deserve 10/10

Only thing which wasn’t too good was the shower - pressure was off and water scalding hot then freezing cold but that is due to pressure in Skegness and everyone in the shower at the same time. It wasn’t a massive issue :)

Peaceful, relaxing, wonderful with plenty of entertainment in town.

On arrival everything was perfect, hosts very accommodating and welcoming. The whole quality and decorating of the building was 1st class. Our room and shower room was spotless. The breakfast was amazing set in a quaint tea room. Not far to walk for beach and attractions. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent hotel - LOCUM and EMT friendly

You get a front door key so can come and go as you please which is perfect for those of us who have to cover for work shifts and EMT swapovers Very clean room, couldn't fault the hygiene of the bathroom either Nothing was damaged in the room and everything worked Excellent breakfast - a lot of care in the preparation Staff were excellent Very close in walking distance from the town centre

It's a shame it isn't listed as approved for overnight stay for NHS or private medical practice, would prefer to stay here instead of a lot of other more expensive hotels in the area that don't have the same benefits

Home from home.

Everything from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was the best we've ever had in any guest house and we've been all over. The hosts were amazing & have thought of everything to make our stay a perfect one. Slept better than we do at home. We shall return.🥰🥰
