Good location, clean rooms, excellent host

Lovely host who went out of his way to help, car parking on site, clean rooms with fresh towels, soap, shampoo etc provided, plenty of toilet rolls, tea, coffee, milk, mini fridge in room and bottled water provided. Would definitely recommend

Home Star Review.

The owner showed us to our room and explained how things worked. The breakfasts were good. I would maybe change the sausages to some quality ones.

The bed was tired and uncomfortable. Definitely needs new mattress and pillows. The carpet was dirty, so that needs cleaning. The net curtains in the windows on the landing,.needs changing because they had holes in. So a bit of updating would be good.

Absolute amazing loved it

Location was brilliant as it was very close to town centre,it was a quiet area what we stayed in. As soon as we walked in the owner or manager was very friendly and helpful we would definitely be coming back.

There was only 2 things wrong which was the toilet seat didn't stay up and when you looked out the window on the roof there you see a mess.

Wonderful stay!

It seems the friendly host is working on his own, he checks you in, he cleans the rooms, and does your breakfast. He is very friendly and helpful and would definitely stay again. I was with my mum who needed disabled facilities, and there was a stair lift, walk in shower, non slip matts and host even offered a shower chair if needed. Breakfast was delicious. Alot of choice, full English, toast, fruit and cereal. Hot drinks and juice.

No shelter for mobility scooter to be stored overnight if it rains, not a big issue but maybe worth thinking about for the future.

Great stay

It was a lovely guest house. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Close to the beach and Fairy Dell. The host was lovely and gave sweets to kids when we arrived and bottles of water to us all. Even though we arrived early, we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready.

Dragging heavy cases up the stairs, but that's my fault over packing, lol

Quiet all night - very quiet! Warm but not too hot (fan supplied) Shower was fantastic Bed was amazingly comfortable (slept a full 8 hours without waking once). Staff lovely Allowed us to drop our bag ahead of room ready time. Easy walk to all centre attractions

The breakfast was a joke and I mean a joke £7 each the alarm bells started to ring when we was the only ones there for breakfast And I can see why when it came the egg was so hard the yoke had gone all grey the 1 slice of bacon was like cardboard the fried bread was the size of a cheese triangle and so hard it was inedible my sausage was missing when he brought it to me it looked rank I don’t know we’re you get your sausage from but after I small piece of it I spat it out into a tissue beans well you could count them then he said waiting for fryer to hot up for hash brown they came out 15 minutes after we was served and were minging I don’t know what you would do if everyone ate there you had 2 people to serve and you couldn’t even get that right you never even came back to see if everything was ok we went to room packed up left key and went into skegness and brought 2 breakfasts you are certainly have no idea how to do or run a breakfast at your hotel and for that reason alone I wouldn’t stay there again we’ve had some not so good breakfast in the past but yours is now top of the list what you served was rubbish and it could of fitted all on a side plate

Breakfast was good they didn't bother that we both wanted different things, plenty of choice Beds were comfortable plenty of hot water , shower was great ( very powerful) Not very far to walk to the seafront.
