Location. Owners pleasant enough. It was ok. Room was nice and warm. Beds comfy. Lots of milk in room.

Needed a more modern decor. Just not our style - dark wood panels, old fashioned and basic. Needed a better shower. Needed a higher quality breakfast. (my scrambled egg looked like mashed potato! ) Breakfast only from 8am -9am. Everything was 'just ok'

Fantastic weekend, home from home 5⭐️

Fantastic hosts, couldn't do enough for us. Location spot on with ample parking. Rooms very comfortable and breakfast choices were brilliant. Would recommend and be glad to book there again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A perfect place to stay for a week in Skegness. Food was excellent.

Once the shower lost pressure. Apart from that small niggle no other problems. Highly recommend

Home from home lovely stay

Staff very welcoming nothing too much trouble Mick was waiting at the door to carry our bags parking very handy and very much enjoyed stay would definitely stay again lovely little bar and very close to pubs also jean and her son nothing too much trouble could of had 3 course evening meal for £12.50 very reasonable but could not manage it after the moorish breakfast it kept us going all day thanks very much

Homely place!!

I loved the homely feel as soon as i walked in. I could smell the fabric conditioner on the bedding as I entered our room. The duvets had been ironed, and the room was very clean and tidy. Me and my daughter stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable. There was a hairdryer and a fan in the room, spare blankets if needed. Shower was brill! There were a lot of choices for breakfast and even offered a vegetarian choice. Micheal and Jean were very friendly and happy to help. I would 100% stay here again. It's a quiet place to stay and the seafront is just a 5 minute walk away.

Superb place to stay!

Greeted by the host, with a smile and help with our bags! The B&B is lovely, really comfortable, and homely with a friendly feel. All guests welcome in the communal areas, with a flexible approach to outings and late nights. Great spot in town, with just a few minutes' walk to all amenities and activities. Can't wait to return with my family! Breakfast covered all the usual needs and was cooked perfectly and to order.

the owners were super friendly and helpful. the location was perfect and it was welcoming, fresh and clean plus there was parking on site

Nothing really…maybe breakfast could be extended up to 10am instead of 8-9am, just so people have a bit more time in the morning, especially at the weekend. as the breakfast really was beautiful so much attention to detail was made by the owners
