Beautiful comfy property and room. Extremely clean and had little added touches that mean so much. Barbara was lovely and extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was incredible and the choice and the amount was out of this world. Barbara was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Will definitely be back next year

I quite a cold person so i was a little chilly in the night. There was a draft coming through the window. However there was a blanket in the room that worked perfectly.

Within easy of the beach and Skegness centre. Off road parking. Our small comfortable and clean room had everything which is needed including en-suite. The owner was welcoming and the breakfast tasty and plentiful. Definitely value for money.

Excellent breakfast with a quiet location and a lovely clean room with a good size bathroom and a very welcoming host who went beyond to return our phone charger that we’d forgot!!

A traditional B&B with a very friendly and efficient host, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and fee parking in a great position - perfect for an overnight stay.

Our room was on the small side but this was a minor consideration as we were only there for one night.

We had a lovely stay for 4 days.

When me and my husband arrived at The Inn Place we was greeted by a lovely lady Barbara she could not do enough for us. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, and there was everything you need ,the bed was comfortable. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was lovely. We would recommend this place and look forward to returning next year.

Excellent again.

Everything is brilliant here. Right from being met at the door with a warm and friendly greeting through to the same when we left. The room was lovely and had everything you could possibly want. It was cleaned daily and the tea and coffee refilled which doesn't happen at most places. The food and drink was hot and beautifully cooked and served with a smile. Barbara was always there asking if everything was ok and asking if there was anything else you needed. You really couldn't ask for more, we have stayed here before and have already booked our next stay.

Lovely little 5 room bed and breakfast, with a great breakfast

Loved everything about this place me and Lynda had a lovely stay, we were supposed to go to another hotel that I booked and paid for but when I asked if they had another room for the second night we were glad to hear that they did. Lost 50 quid on the other hotel but it was worth it. We will definitely be booking there again for our next stay in Skegness.
