It's in a good location with car parking if you get there early enough

The room was very small, had to take it in turns to walk around! The shower was awful, took forever to wash my hair as it was just a trickle of water, & and needed a good descale! We paid for breakfast, it wasn't the best to be fair.

Family Holiday

It's a very nice place to stay... The staff in this hotel were very friendly and that was the first plus for us... when we went to our room it was very clean and cosy, the bathroom was small but it was perfect..The hotel is very close to the water and entertainment center.

One thing was missing in the room and that will be good for any customer who is staying in..a little fridge in the room.

Over priced, very poor breakfast

The room for 3 adults was very small. The bathroom /ensuite was extremely small. The sink dripped all night. The noise of the beds when you turned over in the night was loud and disturbing to other 2 adults in the room The breakfast area smelt of damp and not pleasant. The full English breakfast was cold, tinned mushrooms and frozen sausage and hash brown which were not cooked. The fried egg was hard. A generally unpleasant stay at a very high price. Would not recommend at all

Lovely area close to the sea front but located on a quiet street away from the traffic and the staff were lovely

Was quite pricey for the size of the room and could have been cleaner and the bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it and wouldn’t close properly so was slightly ajar when using the shower or toilet

Dirty bedding. Dirty towels. Shared bathroom that smelt like poo. Didn’t see any of the staff. Bar was always shut.

The room was lovely just small we paid extra for en-suite but even the bathroom was small toilet and shower basic and sat next too each other so no room to dry after a shower and space in shower for a tall man like myself was abit tight but overall decent stay and staff that works there are lovely and welcoming can’t fault the staff

Small room and en-suite and noise from other guests late at night/early hours in morning and no fans provided or air con as room was not big enough only had window and with hot weathers gets too warm and uncomfortable due to hot weathers

A good seaside b & b

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was clean and well presented, as was the common areas. The breakfast was lovely.

Although the bedroom was smaller than expected , we had a good sleep. The shower head retainer was higher than necessary, with the shower tray not draining very quickly, creating a hazard when exiting. A hand grab would have been beneficial.

On a plus point the building and room were very clean.The location would be hard to beat literally a stones throw from pretty much everything Skeg Vegas has to offer. We managed to park at the hotel which has about 3 spaces on the front garden although if you got 3 cars on it you would have to breath in unpacking etc also not an easy angle to access parking bays due to wall and bush plus if the middle or right hand side car wanted to exit would hard to reverse out if left hand bay was occupied due to no drop kerb..its a grass verge with full size kerb to negotiate

The price. I know its August but seriously 120 pounds for one night also being asked if we wanted Breakfast to pay up front in cash .At that price the very least the hosts could have done is included it in the price. As we were out all day after checking in we missed the 8 pm ....Deadline to pre order it anyway but i felt that was a joke. I also wasnt keen on some of the in your face signs on the walls...we know accidents can happen but bookings...spelt wrong will be contacted if this happens or that happens.This place is listed as a hotel remember. Also just loose cothangers on a rail on the wall were no substitute for a wardrobe but as the room was so small this would not have been possible We were two grandparents with a three year old grandson by the way.This room was worth no more than 75 pounds for our group.

When we got to the property we were not greeted very well short and sharp answers to our questions disappointment that breakfast wasn't included in the price. Poor parking facilities. Bed was very uncomfortable and ensuite very compact. Breakfast was charged extra at £7.50 per person

Exceptional

The room was exceptionally clean and modern (especially given Skegness is known for a more 'traditional' approach to accomodation. We've stayed in places alot more expensive then this that werent as nice. The hosts were welcoming but not overbaring (as some can be) and we were able to leave our luggage there before the room was ready.

Room was very small had alist on the wall as what was in the room ie four coat hangers two towels etc. seemed a little regimented. Had breakfast there at a cost of £7.50 per person should have gone elswhere not very attentive was not asked if we would have liked more coffie toast etc very average.
