Good value, personable, and great location.

Room had some nice little touches like nautical themes and some free biscuits. Plenty of towels and a handwritten thank you from the owner. Location was great, right in the centre of everything.

Parking is a bit of a niggle with the car park if you arrive after 18h as you then have to get up before 8h to pay but that's not on them.

A little gem

There really wasn't anything not to like. Location was fab, staff were fab, room was fab, so clean, with everything I needed and it was nice and quiet at night and comfortable. I had room 10 my friend next door in 11. We were both very happy with our rooms. I highly recommend it as a great base for a few days. Even a week and would book again.

My only gripe is that on the website, it's advertised as having a lounge, but it didn't seem to have one as there is an office in what I assumed would have been a lounge. I wish they'd kept it as a lounge. Somewhere to sit and relax with friends. That said I without a doubt, I would go back.

Everything ...the landlady was very friendly and helpfull . The room was clean and comfortable .. The hotel was situated close to all amenaties and even though there was no parking on site there is a carpark vertualy next door .

Perfect stay

Very clean hotel and room,it smelt beautiful and clean throughout.The room itself had everything you need.A complimentary tea and coffee tray including 2 packs of 3 biscuits. We had a mini fridge in the room with fresh water which was greatly appreciated.The hotel was situated in a perfect place to all the fairs,arcades,bars and cafes and the beach was literally feet away.The hotel was lovely and quiet and the owners are very friendly and helpful.We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go again.

Was a welcoming stay until being accused of smoking or taking drugs (never have / never will ) Just because we are a certain age demographic Made us very uncomfortable and thinking of leaving for this reason we won't be returning to this accomodation

Great place to stay close to all attractions

Excellent location very close to the beach, arcades, pubs and shops and cafes which serve great breakfasts

As an older person need to be asking for a room either on the ground floor or 1st floor i haven't done stairs for a lot of years plus the weather was extreamly hot not thing at all to fault with the Eastleigh as it was excellent, friendly person who greeted us on arrival loved that the room had a fridge in it

Nice clean and super accommodating.

Paula was lovely and greeted us on arrival. Check in was meant to be no longer the 7pm. However due to traffic we were 20min late and she was extremely accommodating.

The room was very clean. Everything in perfectly working order and felt safe. The bed was a bit uncomfortable as the springs were a little pokey. But other then that everything else was great.
