The room was comfortable and clean, very pleasant staff who made us very welcome. Close to all ameneties. We had an excellent stay.
There was some noise when people used the lift but this could not be helped.

it was extremely inviting and comfortable! the rooms were spacious and was perfect for my family. the staff were all very friendly and had catered to our needs, with any concerns we had they were able to accommodate us immediately!

Hot Water Jug was full of limescale it was unusable old furniture, very old and inefficient electronics.
