Good for sleeping, but bathroom was quite narrow

Room was fine, the double bed was ok, single bed was ok.

The window handles were a bit run down, kind of loose as they were not lockable (like standard pvc window handles). The toilet was a bit close to the wall as the bathroom was narrow so had to mind my head. And the one who stayed in the single room, the sink was quite small so had to use cup to fill the kettle up.

The location is completely central, but it wasn’t noisy. We had free parking. We could get a drink from the bar.

Dirty dusty headboard. Shower full of mould . Curtains dirty inside and hanging off . Tight space to get in bathroom . Bed in the way of door . Would be better single room .

Spot on for a trip to skeg.

Communication from owners was great throughout. Checking that the room was suitable with us as they noticed our kids ages and asked if bunk beds were ok. Which it was. All very friendly throughout and enjoyed the breakfast.

Very clean. Large room Comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom and a sea view

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, right on the front, parking at the back (if available, no extra cost). Really clean and nice room.

A little bit noisy in the morning when (I assume) everyone was going down for breakfast, which I didn't go for.

Nice enough for an old Skegness hotel, one of the better ones and I've tried a lot!

Cleanliness, comfortable bed , drinks tray with biscuits in room and kettle. Good shower with toiletries. Good location almost opposite the pier on the front. leaflets for local attractions, seating in front space.

Tiny old lift didn't go up to top floor, drab lounge with uncomfortable seating, bedroom curtain fell down, didn't make up room one day though did give us extra coffee etc when we asked. creaky floors . Price didn't include breakfast but too early for us anyway.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place. The beach is within walking distance, all kinds of entertainment, cafes, restaurants, snack bars, shops. The room in the hotel was cleaned.

Despite the fact that it is now the season of fruits and berries, there was none of this at breakfast.

It was close to the beach and town

Very dated hotel, room had an old smell, bed was very uncomfortable. Shower was dated, mould in the corner, room had a view of a fire exit. I know u pay for what u get. We went on reviews but someone's telling fibs as this is a 2.5 star hotel
