Great location, lovely hotel, great staff. The best breakfast in Skegness, good choice, hot and quick service. The staff are really friendly and helpfull. Thank you to Neil and his team.

Lovely classy hotel we're never disappointed it is beautiful we've been 4 times now and it's consistent with quality cleanliness and lovely staff a lovely quality breakfast at 10 pounds per person well worth it we will definitely be returning
Because we were the last room on the 3rd floor the water pressure was poor both in the shower and the toilet but the hotel was full occupancy and you needed to use facilities on off peak times but did not affect our stay as I've said we will be back ! Very pleasant staff 👌

Room was cold only one electric heater couldn’t have a shower cold water wasn’t working red hot parking was bad and tight had to leave keys so if it needed moving owner or whoever moved it
