Sadly declining service to previous stays. same people, but not the same as before.

Breakfast good, room good,

No staff on site or answering their phone, lack of heating for chilly October days. compared to stays a few years ago not an enjoyable stay.

A lovely break away

The room was lovely and comfortable Rob and Linda were very friendly and made you feel welcome. The breakfast was lovely and filled us up till lunch time. Parking was good and even though they were getting the outside of the building decorated there was plenty of free parking on the roads .

They are always so welcoming its clean and warm breakfast is always very good and good quality ingredients they cannot do enough to make you feel welcome it is close to the town and the sea front I don’t need my car all weekend it’s our 2nd time here we will be returning x

Staying at The Sherwood made my first visit to Skegness worthwhile. Thank you.

Breakfast was excellent, fresh and hot. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Finding a place to stay that can accommodate my mum's health needs can be tricky at times. But the hosts made you feel at home and were fantastic. It was the little personal touches that they added to their service that really set them apart from other B&Bs. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to many.

Just a small suggestion... Possibly a selection of herbal teas in the room...just to add a bit of variety from the tea and coffee 😉

It was excellent with no issues. We had a 2nd floor room that was large and extremely comfortable with a large bathroom. The location is excellent and the service was second to none. The full English cooked breakfast was freshly cooked to order and great quality. Thank you. Rob

we were met by rob and linda and were welcomed in straight away. the room was immaculate and well stocked with tea and coffee facilities. a huge bathroom with lots of toiletries. and breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice best b&b i've been in for awhile for comfort, quality and cost.
