A lovely place to stay.

Great hosts, friendly welcome, lovely clean property. Breakfast provided and amended to suit intolerance. Host gave amazing recommendations for places to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble and they even came to say bye when we left.

Great hosts, warm welcome, clean & comfy

Was greeted at the door by the wonderful owner who was very warm and welcoming. Great location, 5 minute walk to the front and town centre. Rooms were clean and modern, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Lovely breakfast before our drive home and was also seen out by the host. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning

Excellent choice and location for a stay in Skegness. I’d certainly stay there again

Excellent location, very clean and freshly decorated. Within 5 minutes walk of the Town Centre in a relatively quiet neighbourhood.

The only very minor drawback is the limited parking available. The Hotel has two spaces, otherwise it’s on street.

Everything perfectly done comfy beds and sofas a lovey red hot shower everything clean

Everything was wonderful very clean the rooms are big the beds are very comfy the bathrooms are amazing it looks like a mini apartment everything was perfect the staff are so welcoming the food there is wonderful we will be coming back again and will be staying for longer I really do recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed it’s better then any hotel I bin in Hope all the staff and the furball is doing good have a great day xoxo

Gerry was very welcoming, incredibly helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and fresh. The room was perfect! The sleep was fantastic in such a comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing, and anything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend for short and long stays alike.

Fantastic stay

The location was great 5 minites to everything you need. The owners couldn't do enough for you,so friendly. The room was beutiful,very spacious and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great freshly cooked,whatever you wanted. We will definitely use again.

A wonderful little escape...

I loved the fact that when we went park, our room was actually ready and it was 10:30am; unbelievable and we were so grateful. Our King Site was beautiful and spacious with a basket of goodies thrown in for good measure!

Fantastic Guest House in a wonderful location. The owners were warm and welcoming. The guest house itself is immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. The breakfast was lovely, with a wonderful choice. Exceptional value for money.

Personally, I struggled with the pillows they were not thick or firm enough as I have issues with my neck. But I stress this is personal to me only
