Lovely stay and a delicious breakfast!

Lovely couple running the place who couldn't do enough for us 😁 stayed with my daughter and granddaughter for my birthday as I was doing a shark dive the following morning. Rooms were spacious and very clean with everything we could need and the breakfast the following morning was really well presented and delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay and I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to stay 😁

The climb up the stairs to the 2nd floor but only cos im not a spring chicken anymore 😂

A wonderful stay!

The hosts were lovely and very approachable. Caroline really looked after us at breakfast and was delicious. The family room was spotless and had a lovely window seat. It was very central to all amenities but still in a quiet area. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this lovely B&B.

Great location 5 minute walk to the sea front.\n Great landlord,and landlady, they let us check-in early and swap our days. Because of my circumstance changing. Breakfast was excellent, more than enough for you to eat.Very well cooked and a choice of everything

Excellent cooked breakfast cooked to order. Hosts were friendly and gave advice on places to eat and local attractions. Location ideal for pier and beach with plenty of on street parking.

Amazing stay and perfect hosts! 5 stars 🌟

Firstly the owners Darren and Caroline couldn't do enough for you, they are the perfect hosts 😊 I stayed for 2 nights with my 9 year old little boy who has specific needs as he has autism and ADHD These needs were requested and done straight away. My little boy felt safe and even said he felt like he wanted to come back. That's a first! The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing Beds were very comfortable Shower was fantastic (adjustable shower head for size) All in all I would give this guest house 5 stars and will definitely be returning with my little boy next summer! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

“What’s not to love”

The location was perfect, our room was spotlessly clean, Darren and Caroline were lovely hosts and just let us enjoy “our home from home” the breakfast was lush and other guests were friendly but quiet enough for us to have a good night sleep in very comfortable beds.

Home from home in a perfect location

Spotlessly clean and wonderful hosts very chatty and helpful. 1st class breakfast made from scratch and delicious. Our room and bathroom was spotless and comfy. Tea and coffee replenished daily. Location of the property was just right close enough to the front but also far enough away from the noise. Perfect will definitely book again.

The property was situated perfectly and was absolutely immaculate inside and out. The owners were very friendly and friendly, we were arriving later than anticipated and a single phone call was made to explain and this was not a problem for Caroline and Darren

Great value for money and warm welcome

Great value for money, on a quiet street residential street but still close to all attractions. Great welcome and full English breakfast. Takeaways just a matter of seconds away. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. 👍🏼
