Breakfast was lovely we just didn't enjoy the lincolnshire sausage so could have been a different brand but except that it was perfect! There is also a different option so cannot complain!!

Weekend at ivydene, skeggy

The hosts were so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Perfect location, central to shopping and the beach. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable, we had a great couple of nights sleep, followed by a banging home cooked full English. Well worth what we paid. Can't wait to go back later in the year.

Excellent Hotel in Great Location

Good variety of cereals at breakfast with juices and a tick-list for hot food meant you never had anything you didn't want. There was also a good selection of evening meals. The room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed, and plenty of tea/coffee/milk, and a sea view. Hosts were excellent. Great location - short walk to shops/bars yet not too close so no noise disturbance.

Another brilliant weekend thank you

Breakfast was amazing we knew what to expect as this is our second visit, the location is fantastic a short walk to the main strip with a fair and arcades and a short bus ride to fantasy island. The owners are amazing and really make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. We love coming to the ivy Dene and will definitely be returning aslong as Claire and kitty are there.

Sisters weekend away

Ivydene was very central to the town centre, had a car park very near and was perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was spotless, and very comfortable, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and plenty of choice. The hosts were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. All in all a great stay

From the friendly welcome when we first arrived to the goodbye on the day we left, there was nothing to fault. Breakfast was excellent and also the evening meal that we ate was great. Room 2 was the ideal room for our nearly 90 year old mother. Cleanliness was exceptional, located just a short walk from the town centre this is truly a gem of a hotel. We shall certainly book again next time we are back in the resort.
