The best part about the apartment is surely location: its right at a walking street, next to shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, but needs a lot of renovation.

Do not expect the apartment to have free parking. There are no places open, like ever. It's a ridiculous thing to market here on the site. We had to leave the car near by and pay 30 euros per day for parking. I would not recommend the apartment during colder months. The floors are freezing cold, there's only one air-conditioning for heating the whole apartment, warm (not hot) water is very limited and the windows do not fully close.

Ideal for us

This accommodation was perfect for us. A mother and 2 daughters visiting Cinque Terre by train. It is only 6 minutes walk from the station and also close to the centre of La Spezia with a supermarket around the corner. The host replied to our enquiries and access was easy. The accommodation is quaint, very clean and well equipped. We were pleased with the extra kitchen condiments and coffee. Nice to also get our own outside space too! Highly recommend for this price.

Just needed a bread knife and kitchen sink plug 😀

Bad luck with light power

Very good place, comfortable and close to the center. We went with the familiy and it is an ideal place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre. It is really close to the train station.

During our stay power light went down and we could not cook, use the fridge, TV, hot water and had no lights. We tried to contact the owner but it was late and he could not answer. So we could not enjoy our stay there. The owner who was very nice told us he would return half the price of stay for the inconvenience, but after that he did not fullfill the promise

Very nice and welcoming place.

We were let into the apartment at 12.00, which was perfect for our plans. Our host has hold parking space for us at 50 meters from the apartment. He was very kind and cooperative. Communication with the host was via whatsapp and google translator. All the utilities worked properly, including coffee machine. All necessary supplies were in place. For those with week heart - beware of about 10 steep stairs. It was small price to pay, for the location is excellent. Coffee places, restorants, train station (to cinque terre) only 10 minutes walk.

If you’re going for cleanliness and location, this place was above and beyond!

It was insanely close to the train station and it was located next to the strip of restaurants. I walk downstairs, boom! all restaurants. This place was also very clean, did not smell, and the staff was very welcoming!

Bed was not comfortable. Very hard and the covers were scratchy material… but this place was enough to sleep 4 adults.

I will definitely stay there again at my next visit!

The property is located less then 5 minutes from the train station, in the city center, next to cafes, restaurants, shopping area. In 10 minutes you are next to the see, in the port. The heating system works perfect, the beds are comfy and the best places to eat are just in front of the entrance to the property. Thanks Alessandro for the recommendation!

Cute and comfortable place

The owner is really nice and here to help, he was so helpful to us! The flat is really cute, nice, well furnished and convenient for us! Really well located, closed to the train station and the city center. I really recommend it!!

The owner was so kind. The location of the property is really good, its in the center of la spezia!

Its really hot, they dont have aircon but hey have fan. The other reason that we didnt like during our stay is when we open the door of the bathroom half part of the door fell down on my foot. Its not well-assembled.

Très bon séjour à la Spezia, ville idéale pour visiter les Cinque Terres.

L’emplacement et la proximité de la gare et du centre.

L’isolement des fenêtres cotées chambres. Vu l’emplacement à proximité des commerces il faudrait mettre du double vitrage pour isoler le bruit. L’eau chaude est limite, en été c’est sûrement suffisant mais en pas en automne et hiver.

Des fenêtres qui ferment mal : appartement très bruyant. Une lumière avec détecteur de présence qui ne s’éteint pas juste devant les portes de chambres, qui elles, ne ferment pas… Des murs délabrés. Des emballages de serviettes hygiéniques sur les serviettes (propres ?) de sdb.

L'emplacement près de la gare et des restaurants

Le logement est à rénover! les peintures aux murs, plafonds et portes sont défraichies. Aucune discrétion dans la salle de bains à cause d'une porte coulissante qui n'est pas du tout étanche aux bruits. Simple vitrage donc tous les bruits de la rue sont audibles tard la nuit et tôt le matin. Accès au logement impossible en voiture et très difficile de trouver un parking proche de l'appartement. De plus il est indiquer qu'une personne sera sur place à notre arrivée, or ce n'est pas le cas, tout se fait par watsaap. Bref un séjour à oublier.

Localização fantástica perto da Estão de Trêm, onde também tem um estacionamento pra guardar o carro, custo x benefício bom, básico porém suficiente!!

Wi-fi não funcionou!! Faltou roupa de cama para o sofá-cama na sala.
