We loved staying here-Marco and his wife were very helpful and gave us good recommendations for getting around

- Super location - friendly owners with lots of recommendations - big apartment

At first glance, a very nice apartment, but when you take a closer look, you notice some irregularities like: - the massage spa was not working - a gas stove does not work without a manual lighter - poorly cleaned floor ( there was hair in the bathroom) - Netflix on TV doesn't work

We don't like things like: No bed sheet, no pillow cover, no toileties, no towel, insufficient gas for stove, no kettle,. If we want the owner to provide the bed cover, pillow cover and bath towel we need to pay Euro 10 per person. I had travelled many places, but this is the first, we encountered such thing.

Several supermarkets nearby within a short walk.

The location was perfect, it is close to the market, Train station and has great connectivity. The host was very polite to come in last minute to help us with anything we needed and was quite polite Highly Recommended

Extremely clean apartment and within walking distance of everything we needed. Marco was exceptionally helpful being patient with my late booking and my lack of communication due to poor cell phone signal reception. Highly recommend them!

Great location close to La Spezia central station and very close to supermarket. Spacious. Great staff solving any issues quickly. Earlier check in was no problem.

The two single beds were not so comfortable.

Mi e’ piaciuta la posizione dell’appartamento che era in centro

Siamo arrivati e dopo pochi minuti e’arrivato il titolare che non ci ha dato il tempo di vedere la casa da soli ma ci ha riempito di informazioni che al momento non interessavano, poi quando è andato via,vado in bagno e vedo che la vasca da bagno perdeva acqua dal rubinetto e si era riempita a meta’ e la manopola per aprire e chiudere il tappo non funzionava,gli mando un messaggio per avvisarlo e mi ha risposto con un audio che bastava girare la rotella,ho dovuto prendere un coltello e fare leva per toglierlo,poi vuotandosi ci siamo accorti che il fondo era pieno di capelli e peli,inoltre vi era la luce dello specchio che si reggeva da sola per miracolo,i letti erano tutti con i materassi a molle,il divano letto che sarebbe dovuto essere il quinto letto,era scomodissimo,con materasso di gomma piuma bassissimo e rete che invece di essere piatta era tuta ondulata,il televisore in camera mai funzionato, le batterie del telecomando erano arrugginite,in camera matrimoniale vi erano le zanzare schiacciate sui muri e sul pavimento e sporco sotto l’armadio ,in cucina il lavandino ,il piano cottura ed il frigorifero erano sporchi,per fortuna che noi ci sappiamo adattare a tutto e non volevamo spostarci per cercarne un altro appartamento,inoltre il posto auto assegnato non esiste,devi avere la fortuna la sera quando uno rientra dal mare di trovare un posto libero,il titolare non ci hai mai contattato e chiesto se andava tutto bene né durante il soggiorno ne alla fine,per fortuna abbiamo soggiornato solo 4 giorni,il resto fuori dall’appartamento è tutto magnifico, intendo le cinque terre ed il mare!!!
