Perfect location. Clean and comfortable apartment. There is everything you need and more to enjoy your stay. Davide was very kind and helpful to us. He gave great suggestions for restaurants and sights to visit. His location was perfect for visiting LaSpezia, and the Cinque Terre. Davide also checked with us to make sure we were doing well through out our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Davide for everything.

Davide is very good host and apartment was clean and washer was handy. Beds, couch and lighting needs an upgrade. It was like my place in college. Bottom line is you get what you pay for and this place is a fair value.

Perfect proximity to the train for departure, arrival and to access Cinque Terre. Davide was very helpful and immediately responsive to our questions. His condo is clean, spacious and fully appointed. A grocery store was two blocks away which came in handy for having meals “at home”…especially on the one rainy day when trains didn’t run and restaurants were closed. I highly recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Davide was a very attentive host. He was quick to assist with instructions as to how to find the rental. The space was well equipped and absolutely spotless. He also provided tips as to where to find a great restaurant in La Spezia and sights to see while in the area. The apartment was very close to a market, the main train station and an easy walk to town and the waterfront.

This was an excellent accommodation for exploring the Cinque Terre! Minutes walk to the train station as well as easy access to all of La Spezia attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean and well equiped. Davide was an excellent host.

Very clean with everything a traveller would need for a perfect stay. Car park great, close to supermarket n trainstation. Kitchen, laundry bathroom, and bedrooms furnished with all you require. Davide could not be more helpful from meeting us at checkin and helping direct us to a safe carpark in front of apartment. To helping with our bags and giving us suggestions for dinner. He was a phonecall away n always happy to help.

Close to train station. Davide was really nice and easy to reach through the VRBO app. Located on the third floor but the elevator was not working. Not easy to reach since it is located on a private street but Davide gave good instructions, even sending a google streetview picture of the tunnel we had to go through, otherwise we would not have reached the property based solely on the phone GPS. The big issue however is the lack of ammenities in the kitchen. It is very minimalistic. No wine glasses, no toaster, a very old coffee maker and just a set of 4 for the cutelry. A quick trip to a store could solve all of this. The property was clean and the beds comfortable.

For us with 2 real bedrooms, a/c in each room, 5-6 minutes from La Spezia central station. 15 minutes from the center of the city and 28 from ferry it was just great. Davide is also a wonderful person. We went to the 5 terre by train and by boat, to the beach and to Porto Venere by bus. Thanks for all

My 16-year-old daughter and I stayed in this apartment while we visited the Cinque Terre region. It was exactly what we needed, close to the train station (to catch the Cinque Terre Express), grocery stores, and downtown La Spezia. The apartment is just as shown online, and is spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The building itself is quiet; however, being close to the train station, you will hear the trains. We didn't find it disruptive, it was just part of the background sounds. We were in La Spezia in July so it was very hot, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. Each bedroom has an interior unit and this arrangement was more than capable of keeping the apartment cool. We closed the excellent shutters on all the windows when we were out (closing the air conditioning while we were gone) and this kept the apartment cool until we returned. This apartment would be ideal for two couples or for a family with one or two children. Davide was very easy to deal with and always replied to our messages quickly. He also provided recommendations for local restaurants. We wish we had a few days longer in the region to have done a bit more exploring in La Spezia itself, as it seemed a lovely town. I would recommend Davide's apartment to anyone we know travelling to the Cinque Terre region.

The property was on the edge of town which made it quiet and just out of the way of the busy downtown. It was a short walk to the train terminal and many different places to eat. There was a grocery store very close. The host was very accommodating and even provided his suggestions.

I highly recommend staying at this property for touring the Cinque Terre. It is a short walk to the train station for easy access to the day trip train line. The apartment is very spacious and we could not ask for more. From check in to check out, everything was easy.

This is a great apartment, roomy and well equipped. Davide is very pleasant and helpful. The town is mainly used by tourists because its easy to get to the Cinque Terre. But it’s interesting in its own right, with a fabulous art museum. I recommend Davide’s apartment and his city, as well.

A great rental!

This place was WONDERFUL! I was so grateful to be able to use the washing machine mid-trip. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were so glad to have AC because of how hot it was. The beds were super comfortable and I loved having a tub to wash my child in. Location was perfect, 6 minute walk from the train station. There's a lift which makes taking the luggage up 3 floors so much easier. Truly a wonderful experience, David was fabulous. I highly recommend this place to anyone going with a family of 4!

The apartment was great! Full equipped, clean, big bedrooms, very confortable. Was walking distance from the train station, close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Davide, the property manager, was amazing!! very prompt to answer any questions and very helpful! If I ever go back to La Spezia, i will certainly try to stay in that apartment.

La location est très propre avec de grandes chambres ainsi que la salle de bain. Le grand plus en été, les chambres sont climatisées ! Possibilité de laisser sa voiture pendant le séjour et tout faire en transport. Très pratique aux 5 Terres. La location est à 10 minutes a pied de la gare, 15 minutes du centre ville. Daniele est très disponible et agréable. Nous recommandons l'adresse !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour a la Spezia. L’appartement est super et sa localisation est tout simplement parfaite ! A quelques minutes de la gare pour se rendre aux Cinque terre, facile et rapide ! Davide est un hôte attentif et très gentils, il a été à l’écoute et de bons conseils pour visiter les Cinque terre :) Nous vous recommandons fortement !

Grand appartement fonctionnel à 5 minutes à pied de la gare, très pratique pour visiter les 5 terre. Très bon accueil de Davide 🙂�. L’appartement est proche des rails, un peu excentré de la ville (15 minutes à pied) mais nous avons vraiment apprécié d’avoir un emplacement pour la voiture !!

Soggiorno breve a La Spezia per una gara di trail ......ottimo appartamento e molto cortese e gentile il proprietario che ci ha accolto prima del previsto Due camere molto spaziose con cucina abitabile e bagno ampio Tutto il top Se proprio si volesse trovare un aspetto negativo/positivo......e la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria che se da un lato è sicuramente comodo dall’altro risulta fastidioso la notte per chi non è abituato
