Very (very) close to the train station. Trains can get a little noisy but we made it part of the charm! Walking distance to all the restaurants and waterfront public spaces which is great for people travelling by train. Pamphlets and guides of Cinque-Terre are all there in multiple languages. Service was great abd the host was very helpful getting ourselves ready for Cinque-Terre.

The location of the hotel is spot on. The staffs are super accommodating and helpful. We stayed for a day only though we were booked for two days. If not for the unpredictability of the trains' schedules, we would have stayed the full two days so we could enjoy La Spezia to the fullest. Other than that, the accommodation was super and so reasonably priced.

First, the good. It’s close to the central train station. The plumbing worked and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The breakfast was a mini version of a continental, coffee, juice and a pastry ( across the street in a tiny cafe The apartment building is located close to the walking district so food options are very good. The bad: It's in an old building where apartments have been carved out and upgraded( slightly). Since it WAS near the train station there was a LOT of foot traffic in front of our building. Our room was on the first floor and in order to keep cool we had to keep open the windows. The noise from people hanging out near the building and the vehicle noise in surrounding area didn’t subside until after midnight. By 6-7am the noise started back up. One other negative note is the building does not have an elevator so if you have large pieces of luggage you’d better be strong and in shape. If, I were to come back I might consider stay here, again but, I’m not sure the wife would want to. I’d give it a strong 3.5 stars out of 5.

Good location, just outside the La Spezia Centrale so it is very convenient for Cinque terre trip. Just minutes away from city center. Hotel is very clean and big size family room. Staff are all nice.

It was okay. Shower door didn’t work very well and was difficult to get in. No elevator so be prepared to carry your stuff up all the way. Air conditioner worked nicely and the breakfast place was nice. The representative I was chatting with on WhatsApp was great and very helpful. Was not made clear that the hotel was a shared space, wasn’t the end of the world but the walls were very thin.

Excellent place to stay. Handy to everything including train station, shops, restaurants, and tourist spots. Air conditioner was excellent and room had a fridge. Digital check-in convenient, and a bowl of sweets was put into our room on arrival and replenished each day.Paolo was friendly and helpful.

Perfect location to get to train station it is literally above the train station. Rooms are lively and clean plus we’re very big. Staff were very helpful and breakfast down the road came with room and was lovely. Perfect place if you are going to the Cinque Terre.

Great accomodation after a long day in Cinque Terre. Very convenient access to the train station but it was still quiet in our room. Our room was clean and AC was good that we overslept and almost missed our train😂 Baggage drop off is also available at the location. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location above the station for cinque terre. Spacious clean family room. Breakfast included at a local cafe. Check in arrangements communicated well. Parking was off site at extra cost but safe and directions given. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Convenient location for train travelers, as the apartment is in the same building as the train station. Our window faced the train tracks, so we had to keep it closed. Surprisingly, the window provided excellent soundproofing and kept the room quiet. We were not bothered by any noise at night. The staff is friendly. Parking is a challenge in the area, so I suggest reserving a private parking space with the office in advance. Free breakfast is provided off-site at a nearby café, which included a cup of coffee, a glass of juice, and a pastry. The room is spacious enough for two people, and the bathroom is a good size as well. However, we noticed a terrible smell coming from the bathroom sewer (in the shower area) one night after it rained. It made the whole room stink. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to report the issue to the office, as we checked out early the next morning. I hope the property addresses this problem.

We loved our stay here! Very clean, beautiful, spacious and smells very nice & clean. Just right by the train station too and close to everything like restaurants, coffee shops, stores. Great area and place to stay! They are also very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and was very comfortable. highly recommend this place!

Viola was great. Very friendly. Gave us good info. Our room was very clean, helped to reserve a private parking spot for us. Beds were very comfortable. It’s above the train station but we didn’t really hear the trains. It’s so convenient that we could take a train to and back from Cinque Terre right next door. Breakfast was included but had to go claim our breakfasts from the nearby cafe. It was good, too. Will stay there again next time if we visit Cinque Terre.

Great property! It is literally right at the train station (but surprisingly quiet), so it was super easy to hop on the train to Cinque Terre without the big prices of staying in one of the towns. It felt very modern and clean and was one of my bed night’s sleep on our two week trip! They were easy to communicate with and stored our luggage when we got there early. This was a great find!

I think the hotel should indicate that there are more than 50 steps to reach your room. Furthermore, when you reserve the address that is given is not the address where you will be staying. So the nice building shown is not where you will be staying. The information should be more transparent.

We had a great experience. The room was perfect for the four of us with plenty of space. The only true downside was there was three sets of stairs, and I didn’t realize that was no lift. I had recently had knee surgery and that was the only part of getting to the room that was difficult.

This is a great location in La Spezia with very good access to the train station to go to Cinque Terre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Breakfast was European continental and was at a nice little cafe right across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.
