Cleanliness, location.
Stairs, but you had to sacrifice something for view. Car parking at the marina, but a small price to pay for having parking free.

Location is great. Beautiful surroundings.
The heater was difficult to adjust and the cooker didn't work properly. I bought some food, only to boil pasta, but the cooker didn't heat up enough to boil the water so we needed up throwing all the food. Only oneAnother disappointment was that we chose the room from the photo with ocean view but we had a room without. The bathroom facilities were poor.
