We absolutely loved the place, it is a perfect location near the train station - 10 minutes walk. Some of the airport buses stop directly in front of the house (but not all, some head to the train station directly). 10 minutes walk to a supermarket. The apartment was very clean and it had enough kitchen equipment, even the pans were in a nice shape. We will be happy to come back.

No self check in, which is usual these days - check in only possible until 10pm - I was afraid our plane would be delayed and I will end up homeless for a night with three ladies over 60 yo. Luckily we managed on time. Also, taking pictures of our IDs and sending it via whatsapp didn't feel really safe.

Great apartment in centre of town

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is well positioned, just a 5 minute walk to the railway station and bus station and a 15 minute bus ride from airport. The shops are super close too, so getting around is very easy.

There was nothing we didn't like and the communication with the host both before and during our stay was excellent.

The house was very safe with its own gate. It was very clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed. Communication was very good through the app. We were met at the door and shown all the appliances etc.

The tv is small but we weren’t there to watch tv.

Best place to start your journey around Lombardy

Everything was perfect. From day one till last day no issues. Through whole stay communication was perfect. Great house with parking if needed, small green garden outside. Inside you'll find well equipped specious kitchen with diner table, living room, bathroom with washing machine and 2 nice size bedrooms. A/C units in every room are very handy in hot weather. We enjoyed every minute in the villa.

Exceptional

I can't begin to tell you how much our group of 5 enjoyed this apartment! It's a detached single home and don't be swayed by the sketchy exterior, it's very clean and safe. The car's GPS didn't have the exact address mapped so I put something close by and used my Google maps for the remainder. They arrived to let us in through the house gate and showed us around the house. It's equipped with everything you'll need; at least we were completely satisfied with everything there. There's a washer, a drying rack, the kitchen had everything we needed, there's air conditioning throughout, two bedrooms, one giant bathroom with shampoo and body wash dispenser, a bidet and they even had little creamers, coffee pods for the Nespresso wanna be machine and sugar packets. After traveling around 7 countries in Europe and being at multiple apartments, this one has been the absolute best. One bedroom had a large bed (can't remember if it was queen or king sized) and the other bedroom had three twin beds. There were storage closets as well. Communication with the owners was quick and thorough. The train station was right next door, making it really easy to hop on and check out the neighboring cities. The bus stop is also right in front of the house on the street so that makes local travel really easy. A side note from all our travels, all the linens smelled amazing! We usually get grossed out with some of the apartments and thinking whether things have actually been washed but we found no faults at this location and really enjoyed the smell of our sheets and towels.

It wouldn't stop me from staying here again, but you can hear the trains since they're right next door. WiFi was ok but not great.

Lovely Bergamo Base! Note: Super Close to Trains.

Lovely home with comfortable places to hang out inside and outside. Big, spacious well-equipped kitchen. Nice to have a second bedroom in case one of us is snoring too much :-). Free & easy parking. Traffic is an issue in Bergamo, so if possible leave your car at the property as much as possible. Very close to the bus stop to the old town. Safe & gated property. 7 minute walk to train station. Very sound proof windows since the property is located right next to well-used train tracks. The windows make the trains sound like very distant thunder rumbling so that was appreciated! There are screens on the windows which is not always common. Love that it keeps flies, mosquitos, and bees out of the apt. ALSO, by far the BEST SHOWER of any place we have stayed. Hot water with very strong pressure from a rain shower head! DELICIOUS!! And, we appreciate the shutters on every window. Can make it nice and dark for good sleeping.

When it was a bit warmer and we opened the windows, the train noise is more than a distant thunder. It is quite tolerable, but should be noted for those who might be more sensitive to frequent audible intrusions :-). The location is a bit far to the old town for those who might not be that ambulatory, but the property is very close to the bus stop that will take you there. This is not a big issue for some people: the tv. It is a little bigger than my laptop. I enjoy watching tennis matches in the evening and the tv is so small that we could not see very well. (We are in our late 60's & in good health but our eyes are not as young as they once were.) I know the space where it sits may not accommodate too much larger a tv, but maybe to re-think that side/corner of the room to add even more appeal to this lovely home.

Exceptional

The house is fantastic! It's incredibly close to the main station and the city centre (lower town). Bus stops and Supermarket (Lidl) also very close. Perfect location for organising more trips around Lombardia region. Very clean with comfortable beds and a couch. The house is very spacious (big kitchen and bathroom) and well equipped. There are: oven, stove, big fridge, washing machine, iron and plenty of big wardrobes. We really liked the patio and above all the AC (in every room, kitchen, hall). Good contact with the owners. Totally recommended! 10/10. I can't think of anything I could complain about.

Cosy Italian home.

Lots of space for 4 adults and baby. Large kitchen, nice bathroom and very beautiful garden with blooming trees and flowers. Location was perfect for us: 10 min by walk from train station, we could even reach Cita Alta by foot. Airport can be reached by taxi (about 20eur) or by bus from train station area (for less than 2 eur). Would like to come back.

Ideal for our holiday with young family

- Really great sized apartment, spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living area - Powerful & large shower - Centrally located so easy to walk into central area or take a bus up to Bergamo Alta - Huge courtyard and garden area which we had to ourselves when we stayed, which was behind an electric gate for us to enter apartment. Having young kids of 2 yrs and 4 yrs, this was ideal as outside space for them to run around in, whilst being completely safe - We cooked in one night and there was plenty of kitchen utensils/crockery etc

- Being really fussy, I guess it would have been good if TV could connect to Netflix etc to have some non-Italian TV for the kids but it wasn’t an issue at all

Het was een goede plek voor een vakantie.

De horren voor de ramen waren een fijne toevoeging en het huis was lekker ruim met veel voorzieningen. Ook was de host (en haar ouders die kwamen helpen) supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lokalizacja idealna na wypady. Właścicielka bardzo miła. Pomimo rezerwacji do 10:00 pozwoliła bez problemu zostać do 17:00 ponieważ później mieliśmy samolot. Pokoje bardzo czyste i było wszystko co potrzebne.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns dort sicher gefühlt, Außen rum war es etwas abenteuerlich.

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung wie Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Zentrale Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Gegend , als Frau alleine fühlt man sich nicht sicher. Durch die Zentrale Lage vom Hauptbahnhof, hat man auch viele Obdachlose und interessantes Publikum hier.

Bardzo czysty apartament - serdecznie polecam

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, nie było problemu z przyjazdem przed godziną zakwaterowania jak i mogliśmy zostać dłużej w apartamencie. Co do apartamentu: bardzo czysty, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i przybory, łóżka bardzo wygodne, ogrzewanie, blisko dworzec kolejowy skąd w godzinę można dojechać do Mediolanu, dobry dojazd na lotnisko w Bergamo, w okolicy kilka sklepów. Serdecznie polecamy przede wszystkim ze względu na atrakcyjną cenę jak na takie warunki.

Casa grande, comoda ed accogliente.

Appartamento molto grande, recentemente ristrutturato, con tutti i comfort. Vicino alla stazione ed alla fermata dell'autobus per andare a Bargamo Alta.

Ci avrebbero fatto comodo un microonde ed una lavastoviglie. Un pò rumoroso per via della ferrovia che passa lì vicino ma dopo 1 notte ci si abitua.

Justo como se describe en las fotos,super limpio, comodísimo tanto la casa como la ubicación para moverse por la zona,incluso para excursiones por los alrededores, estación de tren prácticamente al lado,finca cerrada con aparcamiento privado,todo facilidades por parte del propietario,enchufes internacionales,todas las estancias super grandes,....Nos gustó todo
