Perfect location to explore the whole city

Perfect location to visit both Upper (Città Alta) or Lower (Città Bassa) city. The furnicolare to the Upper city is just 250m away, underground garage for unlimited parking is just 350m away and the center of the lower city is about 800m away, and yet in a rather quiet part of the city. In my opinion, the location cannot be better.

Although I adore Italian temperament, I get less enthusiastic when the neighbors decide to temperamentally discuss something or decide to rearrange the furniture at 3AM or 4AM :-). But this is all part of the Italian charm

Great pizzeria opposite the flat. Delicious food and fabulous price. Excellent location.

The property had not been properly cleaned for quite some time and was poorly maintained. Disappointing after being at another place that was much cleaner. It smelled stale and was very dusty, with visible grime throughout. Lino off the floor in a few patches too. While the host was apologetic and sent in a cleaner, the standard was still not satisfactory. Construction work in the apartment above began before 8 a.m. every morning, adding to the disturbance. Being on the ground floor and next to a busy road, the property was also subject to constant traffic noise. The so-called king-size beds were in fact two single beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle into which one would inevitably slip—our child even fell into it and became wedged. The sofa bed creaked and swayed, offering little comfort. Overall, we endured very poor sleep throughout our stay.

The location was excellent, close to everything. It was comfortable and quiet, well equipped. The air conditioning was great, beautiful hot and powerful shower! Easy to get to a d from the airport. Excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Bergamo!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property in Bergamo. The location is perfect—close to the historic Città Alta, shopping area, and public transport. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was welcoming and helpful, providing local tips and making sure we felt at home. Perfect location with free parking

The place is great for exploring the city. You can park your car for free on the street outside the apartment at night, and it's easy to find if you're coming by car. Titina, who gave us the keys, was very nice and spoke English perfectly.

We liked everything, but if I have to give some feedback, it would be helpful if they mentioned that the balcony is not usable because there is air conditioning equipment occupying it. It wasn't a problem for us, but someone else might be planning to spend the evening indoors instead of going out for a walk like we did.

Lovely short break

Had a brilliant short stay at this property, The communication from the owners was good, and we were greeted at the property on arrival. The location was excellent and rooms spacious and airy. The apartment was clean, but being on the ground floor meant the blinds were left closed for privacy, which darkened a coiple of the rooms slightly. It was very hot while we were there and we were glad of the aircon, albeit we couldn't get one of the bedroom units to stay on. The beds were comfortable, and there were loads of storage units and wardrobe space (a few more hangers would have been appreciated), and the addition of a full-length mirror would make it even better. For anyone musical, the electric piano in the lounge looked superb, but unfortunately, none of us can play! The kitchen was well equipped. However, we didn't try most of the equipment as we ate out due to our short stay as there were plenty of places to eat. All in all, we had a super stay in this apartment and would love to return.

The only issues we encountered with this apartment were with the bathroom. The description of the property said that toiletries were included, but there were only 2 small sachets of shower gel provided and no hand soap in the container. There were 4 of us staying for 3 nights, and we had travelled with lightweight hand luggage only, so we would have appreciated the provision of far more toiletries. The shower tray was also slow to drain, which meant having very quick showers as the bottom tray soon filled up, which may need maintenance attention.

Great place for shorter stays.

The property is in a good location with easy access to the old town and the train station. You can go everywhere on foot. The city is nice with great connection to Milan and lake Como for your day trips. Not as crowded as other main cities in Italy. Highly recommended!

The apartment is super confortable, the location is great. big rooms, bit wardrobe, good shower. excellent touch with the snacks for breakfast, plus coffee machine and basic things like oil, coffee, sugar, are provided.

The kitchen has too many chairs, which makes it quite tight. I would change a pair of chairs for a stool, to gain more space. There are stairs (about 7) to enter the building, keep in mind if you have babies. We had a little miscommunication about the time of arrival, it would be great to be able to leave the luggage inside the apartment if it's empty, even if it's still not clean and ready to enter. Just the commodity of leaving your luggage there would be great.

Comfortable apartment with perfect location

Located 5 minutes walk from funicular to Citta Alta, 10 minutes walk to the centre of downtown. Two spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all appliances, large living room with electrical piano.

One bedroom is at the side of the street, which is quite at night but rather noisy fron the early mornings. But the other bedroom is facing a quite little parking inner yard.

Great location, great staff, but there are a few things to improve.

The location is really nice, the staff is nice and always available, they let me check in early, kitchen has everything that you need besides an oven, overall clean. Lots of coffee making options, lots of light in the rooms

No extra bed sheets, (there was an extra blanket, but no extra sheet), no extra towels, the towels that were provided were dusty and smelled bad. I recommend bringing your own towels. No cleaning supply to clean after ourselves (shower, toilet). We were 4 people, and wanted to keep a clean environment, but it didn't make sense to buy them for 4 days. 2 small toilet rolls of not that soft toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. Bed frames quite sharpy.

Lovely, clean and comfortable

Fantastic apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Bergamo. Easy to travel to from airport and ideal location for accessing upper and lower city. All rooms are a great size, beds very comfortable. Great host!

We couldn't pay the extra fee by card/transfer, but we had to wait for the host to come and take the cash. Also, there should be a keybox to drop the keys after the stay so that we leave whenever we want

Good location, good for staying with family

Good location. Large rooms and kitchen. Clean apartment.

Hidden costs - city taxes. Offered a car pick up from airport for 35eur, taxi price is 15-20 eur :) it was a little bit cold, had some problems with wifi. No shops nearby.
