We had a very enjoyable stay. The location of the apartment was ideal to walk around Città Alta.

The location The apartment was very comfortable and warm and well equipped. The beds and rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The court yard lacked lighting, which made it difficult going up the stairs to our apartment. Also, the shower tray on the outside was cracked, very dirty and the shower controls very very hard to turn.

Perfect for a long weekend and great value for money

Brilliant location in the heart of the Old Town, super helpful and accommodating hosts who made our stay relaxing and comfortable. Easy to find with a bus direct from the airport to just 5 mins walk away and a clear video guide for access to the property. For a family of four it was spacious (more so than the photos imply) and the master bedroom was light and airy.

We were there for a long weekend and everything was great for us- for a longer stay I would personally prioritise a view (inner courtyard only) over the central location. The bathroom is pretty dated but it didn’t bother us at all.

The location was amazing!

No lights in master bedroom, the only moveable lamp wasnt working. Tap leaking in the kitchen/living room. Old doors, takes time to learn how to lock/unlock.

Perfect place to sleep and sightsee, but only decent to stay in

- Perfect localization is a main advantage, and the owner was really helpful and responsive. - The bed clothing was really clean and comfy - TV, despite being small, had a decent variety of channels to choose from.

- The kitchen lacked some basic utilities, like cups (only 3), dishcloth or wine glasses. - Higene of the Apartment was lacking. One of the glasses has been left in a gabinet with lipstick on it, the bathroom is old and could use some proper refreshment. - The dust was everywhere

It is in the centre of Bergamo Alto. Perfect directions received from owner, with video. Appartment is big enough for family of 5.

The location of the apartment is very good - in the very heart of the Old town of Bergamo.

For me it was a big problem that the place was not clean enough, i had to clean the bathroom myself in order to use it. The furniture is little on the old side but not really a problem. We had only one bath towel per person for the stay which was also a little strange for me. The host was sorry for the inconvenience and covered the city tax we had to pay as a compensation for the condition of the place.

The host was super helpful with providing video how to self check-in. Thank you very much for that. The place is well-located in the Old Town, close to everything. The rooms are spacious.

It was a big drawback that the place does not have a Wi-Fi. Overall, the rooms are not well-decorated, they lack finess and a better touch. There is not that much light in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen is not well equipped.

Good location, dirty flat

The location is really good, at the centre of old town.

The floor of the flat was really dirty. The duvet was dirty as well and full of different types of hair. The textile of the chairs was dirty too. The sofa bed in the living room was in a bad condition and it was creaking. The landlord didn't gave us adequate information about the parking. She suggested a parking far away from old city, while we had the alternative to park out of the old city in the blue or yellow lines.

The apartment is in genious location - we loved the fact that is two steps from the Piazza Vecchia and this was the biggest advantage for us. The check-in and check-out were very comfortable and the communication with host was exemplary. The apartment is ok, with avarage standard.

It is not a problem during holidays but if you plan to work from the apartment, please note that there is no wifi connection :)

Miasto piękne, niestety lokal bardzo słaby.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta.

Mieszkanie brudne, zaniedbane, łazienka w opłakanym stanie, pleśń na suficie, rozwalone drzwi prysznicowe. Materac w sypialni zapadający się, drzwi od sypialni nie dało się zamknąć. Poduszki przesiąknięte niemiłym zapachem podobnie jak dodatkowe koce w komodzie. Brak recepcji, klucze podała nam Pani Sąsiadka.
