The apartment is unhygienic.

The apartment is located in the city center. The owner is very nice. He gave us sweets, water and directions. The apartment has good heating system.

The apartment is unhygienic. The apartment had very large spider webs, hanging all over the place. The apartment hasn't received a new paint in the last 20 years. The wall has spots all over the place, grease around the kitchen area. The furniture is very old, looking and sounding very bad. The stairs that go up to the bed, are very unsafe and make strange noises when you climb on them. The bedside table was about to fall on our heads, because it was not fixed properly. The paint of the bathroom ceiling, was all peeled of. The bathroom faucet was deteriorated and instead of changing it, it was wrapped in duck tape. The bathroom sink had a water leakage and instead of fixing it, a bowl was put there, to take the water, with a cloth beneath it. The room ceiling had water leakage spots.

Ok aparment in the heart of the city

The apartment was in great location. Even though it is right in the city center, the apartment is quiet and safe. There is coffee machine in the kitchen. Also the host was very nice and communication went without any issue.

The apartment would benefit from reconstruction as it is on the older side. Also the cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom was moldy.

Location

Air conditioner is noisy and a pipe is not protected well in the wall. Due that warm air from outside is getting inside and overall temperature is not decreasing too much.

Amazing hospitality and great value!

Very welcoming host! Explained everything to us and left some snacks. The appartment itself was clean, comfy and quite spacious for the price. Had 2 fans and an AC which is great for the summer weather.

Charming place in a quiet backyard

What a lovely apartment. Gabriel and his dog Theo are great hosts. Charming studio in a very nice backyard. Great shower, comfy bed, centrally located in Bergamo downtown. Was there during an extreme heatwave (40 C outside). With 2 ventilators inside you could survive. Will definitely come back!

Convenient apartment hotel!

The Owner is so kind. When I needed help, he immediately came to take a look as he lives at upper floor. The location is very convenient to do shopping. only 15 min walk to cable railway station/ Bergamo train station.

It took time to come out hot water in my room. But I don't know if it happen reguraly or by chance. I think no worry for european tourist as they got used to such a facilities and know the solution.

You get the old feeling of Italy 🇮🇹. It’s a base and I had everything I needed . I walked everywhere. The town is stunning and at the apartments walk straight up and maybe 40 mins and u come to the Bergamo wall . And old town . Wow . Don’t miss this Female solo traveler Felt very safe in Bergamo

Welcoming and home-y

Gabriel is a SUPERBE host. I arrived late from Milano Centrale, so he was waiting for me (with is adorable dog) around 10pm, which was very kind. He gave me a thorough tour of the complex where the apartment is and also later we went for a walk around the Bergamo city centre where he gave me a good tour (and history lesson) and also showed me where to get food, catch the airport-bound bus, etc. The apartment is like an individual studio with a private kitchenette, a small sitting area, a private vintage shower, and queen-size bed. I was definitely appreciative of his hospitality. Thank you Gabriel for a warm welcome to Bergamo, I will definitely return to visit Bergamo again.

A lot of stairs to climb with a suitcase, but Gabriel carried my bags upstairs, what a lovely host! Apartment could use some sprucing but definitely comfortable.

Wonderful host Gabriel who is very friendly and helpful with information. Apartment is fantastic value for money and in a perfect location for visiting all areas as bus stops and train station very close. We had great air conditioning thankfully as we chose to stay when weather temperature hit 39 degrees 🥵. Excellent location for bars and restaurants and a beautiful little bakery just next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and look forward to visiting again soon..... Well in a colder month 😂

Great location, but very heavy noise from conditioner.

The location of the place was great and the owner was very friendly.

There is a conditioner (th cheaper one that goes out your window and need water drainage. It was places on the second floor with the beds (it is an open floor so probably would not make a change downstairs) and we could not sleep in the noise it made. It was also hot, so turning it of would not been an option. So we did not get almost any sleep before early morning flight back home. If you are visitig in time it is not hot in Bergamo, it has a great value and location (a little dirty tho), but if you need conditioning to work and you are not a very heavy sleeper (i slept through turbulance on our way back but could not sleep there in the noise), then this place is not for you.

Super quiet and calm in the morning. Friendly owner, good sized apartment for a quick trip. I only was there for one night. Nothing fancy or out of the world, but simple and provided what I needed for my less than 12 hour stay.

The apartment was nice and clean, the owner explained us everything we needed to know about the facility and how to get there from the airport. He left coffee and tea for the morning and some sweets. The kitchen was well equipped if you needed to cook. He gave indications on where to find restaurants and shopping spots. The bathroom was quite large and very clean, there was shampoo, soap, shower gel and clean towels. The bed was clean and comfy and there were extra blankets in case you needed.

It was very nice. Big clean apartment close to the center, very nice host and great value for money.
