Not happy with last minute change to our booking from 2 rooms to one.

Breakfast was ok but croissants weren't fresh.

I booked 2 separate rooms but when we arrived we had been changed to 1 room, with a circular stairs. A single bed above, overlooking the person below.

It was so horrible i felt like i was in a 4th world country

Everything. The toilet seat was literally broken,never got fixed really hard to use totally felt inhumane for days. The whole apartment was not cleaned i have a dust allergy and got really sick. Even after complaining they lied and told us it was all fixed and cleaned but it was not. The worst apartment ive ever lived in do not recommend at all to anyone unless you hate cleanliness and love to spend your vacation suffering.

Beautiful location apartment cluttered and dated

The actual location of the apartment was perfect. Views were stunning from the window and church bells ringing out sound amazing.

Have someone meet at the apartment and advise customers in advance with a bold statement that the reception and the apartment are not near each other. The listing stated all the items but there was no hair dryer or fan. Was told to travel back on the bus and collect the hairdryer and then have to return on the bus taking 2 hours out of my holiday. They would not oblige and bring it out . I didn’t get it until the 3rd day. Toiletries provided was a tiny bar of soap…. That is not classified as toiletries. There was no extra pillows, WiFi, so much unnecessary clutter like half melted candles, DVDs , Knick-knacks and very dated old extra bed clothes.

Not as clean as shows on the photos. No carpet on the floor was all tiles it was so cold, couldn’t put the heating on at all.

There was nothing good, the most unpleasent place I have ever slept in.

Old room, old sheets everything just give a feeling its was her grandmother house teo days ago. No wifi, after we checked why there was no wifi we saw she forgot to pay to renew the wifi. A lot of walk from where you get the key to the appartment. Creepy appartment, feels relly hunted, dim lights, thin walls and floor a lot of noises at night.

A short but perfect trip

Very warm and friendly welcome from La Castellana. Property in an excellent postion for both Bergamo Alto and Basso in a wonderful period property. The painted wooden ceilings were great. Excellent and comprehensive information from our host and really good recommendations for non-touristy places to eat.

central location, 1 street from the old center and one street in the other direction towards some nice bars and restaurants that were much less expensive than in the old center. Cosy, authentic atmosphere.

airco would be a plus with the Italian weather. There were ventilators, but ours was broken and only pointed downwards. Windowshutters helped to keep out the sun during the day.

Apartment at great location, albeit noisy and hot during summer

Nice and spacious apartment for two adults and two teenagers in a great location. Awesome service from Mirena during our stay. The WIFI had some hiccups but worked decently enough for uploading pics and vids to cloud and having some video calls.

The apartment was ridiculously hot at the latter part of the July when we stayed there. There was no ac (yes this was my fault for not checking it prior to the booking) and when I asked from Mirena she couldn't provide us with additional fans. When I contacted the hotel through the Booking.com app I got no response whatsoever for my inquiry about additional fans. This is not great service in my books, even if it would have been impossible to have more fans I would still have hoped for an answer instead of ghosting. The beds were dreadful and had some unnecessary frames which were loose and produces loads of noise when they moved, which happened basically every time one of us changed position. Due to apartment being hot these position changes were frequent throughout the night. I hope the neighbors were not bothered by it. The last thing was that our apartment was right next to a four lane road, and based on the sounds it was used for street racing. Since we had to keep every window and balcony door open, we enjoyed immensely of the sounds of hard accelerations, revving engines and occasional car horns when we were tossing and turning in our beds while not being able to sleep because of the heat.

Great atmosphere of historical Bergamo.

The location is exellent - right between Citta Alta and Citta Bassa. I was in love with the ferniture used in the apartment - it gave true feeling of a traditional italian home. Wooden ceilings were also extreamly charming. There was no aircondition but the it was not too hot inside despite hot whether oustide. Shower was big and very comfortable, as well as the sink in the bathroom. Kitchen had basic equipment, enough place to prepare and eat a meal. We really enjoyed our stay there and we can highly recomend.

The beds are not long enough for tall people. The twin beds are better for teenagers but still was possible to sleep.

The appartment was big and in the center of Bergamo.Clean and convinient. There are 2 bedrooms. The wi-fi was very good. The check in is near by. Daniele was very helpful and polite.

The double bed had 2 single mattresses and it was not convinient.

L’alloggio. Staff molto gentile e professionale perché ha accordato un cambio data con una piccola differenza, ma anche un cambio alloggio che però rispetto a quanto proposto da foto è stato davvero deludente. L’importo per ciò che ci è stato offerto era a dir poco esagerato.

Bien pero mejorable

Era muy amplio . El desayuno estaba en otra ubicación, lo cual ya te explican, y estaba muy bien.

La verdad que las sábanas olían “raro”. Además el primer día pasamos frío por la noche, y pedimos edredón (solo había 1 en una cama , y había dos camas, la otra solo tenía una manta finita) y no nos lo trajeron. Eacribimos por la noche y nos dijeron “q no quedaban, q subiéramos la calefacción “. Toallas había 3 pequeñas de manos y 1 grande (éramos 3 personas), así q no teníamos grandes para ducharnos.

Cladirea in care se afla, este inspaimantatoare. Daca s-ar zugravii peretii s-ar schimba cu totul atmosfera. Nu ne-a mai placut (deloc!) ca pentru ridicarea cheii am mers la o adresa, apoi pentru apartament a trebuit sa ne caram cu bagajele 20 min de acolo, pe strada pavata, numai la deal! Cel mai simplu ar fi sa se puna un key locker box la intrare si sa mergi din prima la apartament.

La persona que nos atendió en recepción fue muy amable, se esforzó en hablarnos en español y fue muy atento y profesional.

Mi comentario es del apartamento de Miani 1. Tienen varios apartamentos y las fotos que ves en Booking es una mezcla de todas las mejores de todos ellos. Al final, no sabes cómo será el apartamento que alquilas. Si leéis los comentarios que tienen una puntuación de 1, os haréis una idea precisa de lo que vais a encontrar. Suscribo todos y cada uno de los comentarios extensos que han hecho los inquilinos. Echo de menos algún comentario, aunque fuera mínimo, de los que han puntuado el apartamento con un 10. Título de "excepcional" y nada más. De los otros apartamentos no puedo opinar pero me huele todo a lo mismo. HUIR.
