Good place for value

Good informations, 15min from the train station. The host contacted me in advance and gave all the informations including some recommendations.

It could be a bit more clean. The place is right next to the church... The bells were on since 6h30 in the morning and you can hear them.

An authentic place to stay in Bergamo

Everything! Starting with the communication with the host and finishing with all the facilities in the apartment! It looks authentic, well looked after, clean, it's very spacious and has everything one needs for a comfy stay. There is a bus stop just around the corner and you can also walk to the railway station. I'd love to have stayed longer. Totally recommended!

Good for a short stay

Everything you need for a short stay - kitchen and kitchenware. As a bonus - coffee, tea and pasta. Easy to find and self check-in. Good communication with the owner.

It was too cold in the apartment in February. You can't stand full height in the bedroom. Wardrobes were full and couldn't be used.

The apartment is at about a 15 minute walk from the train station and 30 minutes from Citta Alta. The check-in is easy as you receive all the details before you arrive there.

All you need in Bergamo for a few days stay

First of all, the location was amazing - close to the places with the best aperol I've ever drank, close to city center and to citta alta station. Secondly, really great contact with the host. Rachel was really helpful and understanding when our plans changed through the holiday (flight cancelled). Last, but not least - WiFi works great, you have all the plates, spoons etc., and even welcoming cookie. Bathroom has also all you need, and price to quality ratio is unmatched. Really recommended!

Location was great, was looking for a property within walking distance of the train station. Communication with owners was wonderful.

The shower had a handful of someone's hair in it, didn't warm up and didn't drain fully. Headspace in the bedroom area and access to it wasn't great.

Very spacious, could easily fit 4 people with bags. Great location and good communication about check-in/check-out. The kitchen is very well equipped.

As others said, it was quite chilly, but apparently excessive heating is not allowed anywhere in Bergamo. The shower is fixed to the ceiling and quite old. The climb to the upper floor is pretty narrow

Slept on the small sofa

The host had been extremely hospitable and prompt in our conversation. The directions she gave were clear and easy to understand. The location is good and easy to find.

it have been dangerous to sleep at the bedroom place. I hit my head hard twice by preparing to sleep. The distance between ceiling and the bed is much more smaller than it looks at the pics. Also it may be dangerous to move downstairs at night when a person is sleepy. I spent my night on small sofa in the main space, because I feared to get hurt by sleeping at that bed.

Helpful and friendly hosts

Key collection was straight forward, no real hassle. I arrived by train, and the property is walkable from the station. Host was helpful and communicative.

The pictures of the room don't really show you how difficult it is to get in up in to the bedroom. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, with quite a low ceiling (I am 6'4"). You have to climb some metal stairs, then scoot up a wooden ramp. All of this has to be done while ducking so as to not hit your head on the sloping ceiling. If I'd have realised it was like this, I probably would have picked elsewhere.

Nice experience in Bergamo

Very cool appartment near city centre of Bergamo and near train station. It was clean and comfortable. Very easy process of self check-in, I got very detail instrucitons via Whatsapp. There was coffee and tea provided for the guests. I really enjoyed my stay.

there is nothing i wouldn’t like. I would stay again if i am back in Bergamo in the future. I can really recommend this accommodation.

Everything was fine, Pam Local store is very close from the apartment. The area is very nice and quet ideal to rest there. The apartment was clean, the wifi connection was fast and stable. So it was a good choice for us, we recommend this place to stay!

A passable, centrally located, accommodation good for a very brief stay.

Location was good. It was quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.

The "bedroom" was located on an elevated part of the room with access by a few steps where the ceiling was the actual roof structure on which you can easily bang your head if not careful. On rising in the morning, you had to remember not to stand up suddenly otherwise you can injure your head. With a poor quality bed and mattress, I did not sleep well. The bathroom was extremely cramped - hardly any room to move around. One armchair was dirty. There was no city view, but only a view of the street through a small window. Only a little instant coffee in an almost empty bottle provided, which I did not use as it seemed to be unsafe to use.

The apartment was really charming, as well the street below. You can even grab a very pizza at the 1st floor of the building (just next door to the entrance :) ).

Entrance to the mezzanine and the mezzanine itself is dangerous for small children.

A nice stylish studio in an old house

A very nice studio with a lot of style. Well equipped and nicely tendered. Very good restaurant on the ground floor. An old house just a few blocks from the historic via Pingolo and two bus stops from the train station.

There's quite a lot of noise from the street and the restaurant outside, so bring earplugs with you :-) This is an attic, and the bedroom is just under the roof - it's quite tricky to reach it without hitting your head at least once, so be very careful. It's also rather stuffy up there.

Bathroom felt small. The part where the bed is placed is not so easy to access. Easy to hit your head on the roof. Fairly easy to slip while climbing on the small stairs to the bed or while going back down.

A flat in building at St Anna square, super good cafe just near the door, restaurants and supermarket nearby, walking distance to center.Fully equipped kitchen.Not cold in the flat at fall while 7 C outside.Very good and responsible host.

3rd stage and steep stairs, no lift, so you need be in good physical condition to carry your bags up (there was no problem for us).2-stage flat with a bed over living room, low ceiling and narrow steep stairs to climb here, easy to hit your head. The bed is not too comfortable.

The location was good, close to the garage parking (not included). The communication with host was easy and so was the check in. When you travel by car it's hard to say the exact time of arrival, so contactless check-in is very helpful. The apartment itself is nice and well equipped although. The wi-fi is also good.
