The apartment is conveniently situated in the old town. It's on a quiet street but still very close to the main tourist areas. We were a family of four: 2 adults and 2 small children. Because the couch was too soft, I put the mattress on the floor and slept very comfortable there. Communication was easy with the host. Pay attention to the address. It's number 6 not 9.

Location is good.

When we came there was many remnants of previous occupants e.g. shampoo, soap, food etc. It made impression that cleaning is not enough. Apart from that, bed and bathroom was clean, heating was enough. Host is friendly and flexible.

Location of the place is great, very close to funicular, all the Bergamo attractions in citta alta and square were free walking tour starts on weekends. Our room was big, but most of the windows with milk glass. You can't see much, but the light still goes through. We had a kitchen and a washing machine, which might be useful if you stay there for longer time (for us it was just one night, so we didn't use it).

The place could be a bit better maintained. You can see dust between the radiator parts and in corners of the room. Kitchen could be cleaned better (like the coffee and spices in the cupboards). Bed was not very comfortable (it's big but with two separate mattress of different thickness, so one is higher than the other).

Rewelacyjne położenie na starym, górnym mieście. Idealne do spędzania czasu w klimatycznym miejscu, a jednocześnie dobrze skomunikowane z innymi. Blisko liczne kawiarnie, restauracje.

Słabo urządzona kuchnia, brak kontaktu na czajnik, brak blatu roboczego. Najbardziej denerwujące było kapanie z wszelkich możliwych kranów i spłuczki- bardzo odczuwalne w nocy.

Zdecydowanie lokalizacja mieszkania była jedynym plusem.

Niestety nie było czysto. Nie było ani kawy, ani herbaty a przecież to nie jest wielki koszt. Rozwalony prysznic i zagrzybiała kabina to nie są standardy w XXI w. Niewygodne materace dało się znieść, ale jak odsunęłam komodę to moim oczom okazały się tumany kurzu, maskara. Na koniec właściciel kazał mi zostawić 14 euro podatku bez pokwitowania.

Piękna lokalizacja, duże i przestronne mieszkanie. Podwórko na którym można usiąść i wypić kawę.

Apartament był sprzątnięty pobieżnie. W wielu miejscach kurz, niedomyte naczynia, brudne firanki, itp. Po zwróceniu uwagi właściciel posprzątał ale wiele to nie zmieniło. Bardzo mało kontaktów. Na 3 dniowy pobyt przygotowana w łazience 1 rolka papieru toaletowego...

Falta mantenimiento y limpieza:a la ventana al lado de la cama se le han caído las cortinas y no las han vuelto a poner y hay un vecino enfrente , la persiana del ventanal se ha caído y está al lado de los muebles de cocina sin colocar, no coincide con las fotos donde se ve un sofá ahora hay una segunda cama que no sirve para sentarse. El plato de ducha estaba sucio, el horno estaba hecho un asco y en general se veía a falta de una mano de pintura, de una buena limpieza a fondo y de algo de decoración ya que solo hay lo mínimo e imprescindible. Falta equipamiento: solo hay una mesilla de noche, no había ninguna lámpara de noche, tuvimos que pedir una para la segunda noche porque la única luz que había en toda la estancia estaba en el techo, solo hay un enchufe al lado de la cama a compartir entre dos personas , no hay microondas, no hay sofá, y el menaje de cocina también necesita renovación.

La ubicación

El apartamento estaba bien situado. Sin embargo, carecía de decoración, el grifo de la cocina se salía, en el baño no habia donde colgar las toallas, ni donde dejar el jabón en la ducha. Son pequeñas cosas aparentemente sin importancia pero hacen la diferencia entre pagar por algo que merece la pena y algo que está bien, pero obviamente pagas más de lo que vale. Cumplió las expectativas en cuanto a funcionalidad, alojamiento céntrico.
