Close to Porta Nuova area. Walking distance to station 15 mins. Safe. Easy self check-in. Lovely apartment. Spacious, clean, all necessary features in bathroom and kitchen. Comfortable bed.
The property was perfect. But I do prefer cotton sheets, not polyester ones which make me feel hot and sticky during the night. That’s just a personal thing though.

Rota’s House is a cozy, nicely located apartment close to the city centre, offering smooth self-check-in instructions and crisp, clean linens/towels. The kitchen has everything required for a short stay.
There were a few noticeable maintenance and comfort issues. I had to manually clear a severe clog from the shower drain just to get the water to flow, and the water pressure was disappointing. Practical additions like a shampoo rack inside the shower and a towel hook next to the cubicle would make a big difference. Additionally, the soundproofing is minimal, so noise from neighbouring families with kids was clearly audible throughout the stay.

Gera vieta.
Labai nešvaru, grindys net nebuvo išsiurbtos, nei išplautos, be batų buvo neįmanoma atsistoti.
