We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable, located in a beautiful building and in a convenient area. Communication was smooth, and overall the experience was very positive.
One thing that could be improved is the transparency of the payment policy. The cleaning fee was not clearly mentioned in the listing description, and after booking we received a registration form where an additional tourist tax had to be paid (around €50 for 3 people for 4 nights). It would be helpful if all extra charges were communicated more clearly in advance.

La atención por parte del anfitrión muy escasa o inexistente, llegamos al alojamiento y todavía no habíamos recibido los códigos para entrar. El dia de la salida pedimos ayuda, por encontrarnos en una situación complicada ( lloviendo, sin taxis en la zona) la anfitriona, contesto al día siguiente de nuestra salida
