Bed was too soft Although website says all taxes and charges included. We were made to pay extra money making us wait at the door for 3 hours on the rain. After paying extra the electricity kept going down again and again and again....

Don‘t go there

Don’t waste your money! Though the property looked nice, there was no heating in the apartment, just old air conditioning that only blew cold air and was very noisy and the shower wasnt working either. We contacted the property in advance to make sure everything is okay and to request for rooms to be heated as we were just coming out of the hospital after a surgery. When we finally got the entrance code, that wasnt supplied in advance and we had to wait for it, th le apartment was cold and the main shower wasnt working. The large shower head on the top of ceiling was working but the small mobile shower head with the hose, where you can control the amount of water, was not working at all. We contacted the property, they havent provided further instructions or ofered to come and fix the issue, therefore we said that we are leaving and asked for a refund. The owner said will contact booking for a refund and cancelled our access code straight away. A few days after not hearing anything and not be able to get through to owner anymore, we contacted booking, they were unaware of the whole situation and tried themselves to contact the owner who then said they dont understand english and asked booking for emails to be sent. More than a week after, the owner is still unreachable and no refund received so far. Hopefully booking.com can sort the situation, but please be aware

Good quality appartment with bad management

When we arrived (10 PM) there were no keys in the code locker, we had to contact property management and waited for about 15mins to get in. We were left with no keys in the property (it can be locked from inside). But in the morning it appeared that we also can't leave property without keys - main entry door can be opened only with keys even from inside.

The appartment is very well equipped, great shower, clean and causy

We booked it for 5 adults and there were only 3 beds. A sofa bed that was meant for two was not really sufficiemt for two adults. This place is great but not for more than 4 adults.

Nada.No nos pusieron sábanas para las 4 personas que íbamos y el sofá cama era pequeño para dormir dos adolescentes. La ducha estaba rota por varios sitios. No había apenas menaje . Estaba muy lejos del centro y había mucho ruido. La persiana tampoco funcionaba. Los mensajes no los atendieron, respondían con respuesta automatizada. Todos los cajones y armarios con candados, no se podían usar. Nada recomendable

Todo lo dicho antes, no había atencion, no nos dejaron sábanas, ducha rota, persianas no subían, sin menaje, todo con candados sin poder abrir cajones, ruido y alejado del centro Ninguna atencion personalizada, respuestas automáticas que nada tenían que ver con lo que les escribíamos. Nada recomendable. No volvería nunca

bliskość do stacji kolejowej oraz przystanków autobusowych. tuż za rogiem ogromny market spożywczy. właściciel zadbał o zatyczki do uszu (choć nie w ilości wszystkich gości). mieszkanie przestronne szybkie zameldowanie. nie spędzaliśmy tam za wiele czasu więc też nie potrzebowaliśmy jakichś ekskluzywnych warunków

hałas. trudno było siedzieć przy otwartym oknie, zwłaszcza przy śniadaniu. mała ilość kapsułek do kawy warto byłoby też naprawić prysznic ponieważ jego gałka była zepsuta (oczywiście można było z niego spokojnie korzystać ale warto o to zadbac)

Rymlig lägenhet belägen 5 min promenad från stationen och utrustad med alla bekvämligheter.

Närheten till stan fastän man inte bodde mitt i smeten. Närheten till flygbuss. Att det ingick garageplats. Att det fanns bekvämligheter så som micro, diskmaskin med disktabletter, väl tilltagen kyl och frys, spis och porslin. Öronproppar eftersom det var väldigt trafikerat utanför. Gott om duschartiklar.

Det var bra att det fanns olika kärl för återvinning men vi hade önskat info om var man kunde slänga sånt. Vi hade svårt att hitta var man kunde slänga. Kunde man få en punktlista med lite sån bra info där det även kunde stå hur ac-n fungerar och hur man låser lägenheten när man går ut. Möjligen var ac’n trasig i sovrummet för vi fick den i alla fall inte att fungera. Inte så fräscht när man kikade närmare på väggar och hål här och där och vi hade även en hel del myror. Hade önskat nåt extra täcke och kudde så att man kunde ligga i en av extrasängarna i stället för att vi 4 skulle ligga i dubbelsäng samt bäddsoffa.

Für die beiden Nächte war die Unterkunft ausreichend für eine junge Freundesrunde, also Familie würde ich es nicht buche

Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage mit eigenem Zufahrtstor war super! Das Appartement war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigte. Die Eigentümerin des Apartments war über ihre Telefonnummer super schnell erreichbar und wir konnten unser Apartment bereits vorab beziehen. Die Lage befindet sich Nähe des Bahnhofs und man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt spazieren. Abends ist es doch sicherer in dieser Gegend nicht alleine zu verkehren.

Leider ist das gesamte Apartment schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht viele Abnutzungen bei den Wänden. Bei der Dusche war der Hebel leider defekt und der Föhn hatte seine besten Tage auch schon hinter sich.

Lokalizacja - pokój bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej, co dała osób które chciałaby podróżować po okolicy jest idealnym rozwiązaniem. Telewizory w obu pokojach to super sprawa. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

A las 15:00 que es la hora del check in no habíamos recibido códigos de nada. A las 15:30 recibimos el del taquillero, pero hasta las 18:30 no recibimos el de la apertura de puerta. Solo estábamos un día en Bérgamo, así que imaginaros lo que lo disfrutamos. A todo esto se suman las llamadas al anfitrión sin contestar, los mensajes que contestó tres horas tarde... En resumen, perfecto si quieres ver la puerta del apartamento y no visitar la ciudad
