Warning for future guests: the studio isn’t in the very heart of town, but for some magical reason every young person in Bergamo seems to gather here. From midnight until about 4 a.m. it was impossible to sleep — perhaps the bar below was handing out free drinks. I considered going down to investigate, but I had an early flight and decided not to. The noise affected our stay, so the overall rating reflects that.Bring earplugs

I don’t reccomend this place

Good position

I was dissapointed about the reception. When I resevred I opted for payment at the property, they tried to charge me firsthand. They stressed me with sending the id’s even if I filled out the form. When I went in next day to pay the attitude of the receptionist wasn’t very nice. I asked for the invoice, they said they will send it on the whatsapp, they still didn’t send it. I really don’t understand how they have such good reviews. The apartment was in another place than the main building, we found it out that evening, no terrace, nothing spectacular, the couch was very uncomfortable, we tried raising the heating, it doesn’t work.The reception is open only from 10 to 17 am, and besides that you cannot contact them.

Exceptional apartments

From the moment we arrived we had a lovely experience. The chap on reception was so welcoming and so friendly. Our room wasn't ready as we were early, but we could leave our luggage and the reception ŵould text me when it was ready. The apartment was bigger than expected and it was beautiful. The Christmas decor was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

We opted for the 2 bed apt and it was fantastic - very comfortable, clean , spacious & warm. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay . It was a quick taxi from airport & very well located to explore the city .

Small thing like no tea towel for use in kitchen & given how large the bathroom is the shower cubicle was very small

Would definitely stay here again

The apartments are lovely and are arranged around an external courtyard. Ours was well equipped really clean and comfortable. There is a super common lounge on the ground floor well equipped with snacks and drinks. The location is great with easy access to the old town and the new town.

It would be nice if the apartments had a small amount of milk on arrival for teas and coffees so you didn’t have to go to the supermarket. Our apartment only had two Nespresso capsules for a stay of three days. It would’ve been nice to have had at least two capsules per day to allow for one cup of coffee per person per day. Not a big cost to the owners but very convenient for the users.

Disappointing - don't trust the pictures

When we book we get the understanding thet we will be in the main building, which has a lot of charm. But when we arrive we see it's a separate place, with no charm at all. The set up and decoration is very basic and depressing. It does not match AT ALL the lovely pictures that we see online.

A delightful quirky spacious, bright and clean apartment.

We loved everything about this property. We met with our host Alberto at the Rego Aparthotel and wandered down the cobble street to our ground floor apartment which was brand new! Everything was impeccable inside and outside on the patio. A lovely welcome pack awaited us with refreshments in the fridge also. Alberto was always just a text away to answer queries.

Gorgeous appartment, but unfortunate about the expensive trip, which we felt had ripped us off because we wasn’t local.

We liked our apartment room with the balcony- it was gorgeous.

We didn’t appreciate staff charging us €100 for 2 x 15 minute drives- we also didn’t appreciate their response or eagerness to understand this was extortionate pricing which we would never of committed to if we had understood properly. Reception not open during our check in or out- no instruction for check out, other than a sign on the door “leave the key in reception and close the door”- but the door was permanently locked.

An overwhelming feel of romance near Citta alta in Bergamo

The host's staff were amazing. All of them. From the young man that checked us in after his shift has ended in Fiday evening, and even presented us with the opportunity to enjoy a bottle of wine on the house, up to the lady that found a time in her super busy Saturday to book us a taxi to the airport for the small hours of Sunday: we can't thank you enough. The property is located very close to the Citta alta and has amazing inside yard - a great, romantic atmosphere to this place, inside and out. The apartment is not very big, but is very comfy and has all the amenities you need for a proper stay. The beds are very good for a night rest. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants near the property and ReGo have even taken the time to prepare electronic guides for visitors in Bergamo: what to see, where to eat etc. I couldn't have asked for better value for money. Again - the people at this property are bringing most of this value to the guests, so, thanks a bunch to all ReGo staff! You will be fondly remembered.

Maybe installing a mosquito net on the big window in the bathroom, overlooking the staircase, would enhance the comfort further. I would do that, if I ran this great, great property.

Very charming

Very beautiful and charming location. We arrived after the check in ours but we received information and video with all the details and was very easy to check in. The host vas very kind and helped us with all our requests and also left us water, juice, coffee and biscuits. We will definitely come back!

Brand new apartments

great service and communication! We got a brand new apartment! wow! very beautiful design! comfortable beds and pillows! We really liked the spaghetti welcome kit. There was some noise from the street, but this is a risk you have to take when booking apartments in the old town :)

One thing that annoyed us was that there were no blackout curtains, because at night the streetlights were right in our eyes.

Great location with friendly service

A nice tranquility about the place, excellent staff very helpful. Location to old town was good. Clean apartment and very secure. Parking was provided and was secure overnight at a charge.

Perfect for a few days, centrally located on a quiet, charming cobbled street.

Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen and sitting room area. Tastefully decorated. Private and cute little balcony and terrace area. Centrally located but on a quiet and charming side street. Peaceful. Friendly and helpful hosts at check in.

I stayed during the winter and the heating in my room wasn’t working so it was cold for a few hours. The hosts worked quickly and professionally to fix the problem and got an engineer out early evening and got the heating working the same day. So, although this is detailed under ‘what I didn’t like’ the outcome was positive

Excellent accommodation in Bergamo

The apartment is extremely large, and has a very beautiful view. It has a very good layout, the rooms and the two (2) bathrooms are bright, all with large enough windows. The apartment is clean, the bedsheets and the towels were extremely white. It has a proper elevator, and we have had access to a paid parking lot. There is an excellent option to have the breakfast at the Perry bar, 2 min. around the corner of the building.

During our stay the nights were a little bit chilly, and there were no blankets available. We have been instructed to use the big towels, which was okayish. Also, it would be better to be able to access the private parking directly from the building, and not by going around on the streets to enter.

Absolutely stunning

Excellent location and such cozy vibes and stunning aesthetic. Absolutely loved my stayed and would definitely recommend it!! It has a self service bar which was an amazing feature. The host was super nice and helpful, very welcoming and clean with instructions. I will definitely recommend it, and if I ever visit Bergamo, I would rebook it.

The apartment was lovely, very modern and clean. Location is great easy walk to old or new town.

Extremely noisy, could not sleep. Like being next door to a train station. Our apartment was road side, I think the other apartments might not be as noisy that aren't road side. Also air conditioning did not work well.

The air conditioning cooling temperature could have been better as we had similar wall units that worked much better (cooler air) at 4 other locations we stayed during our travels.
