Wonderful stay! Patrizia is an exceptional host - caring, supportive, attentive, and truly diligent. She and her family are absolutely lovely, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the first moment. The location is perfect: you can reach almost all of Bergamo’s main attractions within 10-15 minutes. The street itself is quiet and beautifully picturesque. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is well-equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Coffee lovers will appreciate the coffee machine and the complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water.

great location close to supermarket and bus station, the room is spacious, bathroom is somewhat clean, the room decor is interesting

limited lighting hence the room felt dark, uncomfortable hard metal chairs, hard towels which felt like they were used, bed was hard, cold and the bedding had some hair and pellets (due to which i woke up all itchy), and it didn't have a proper warm blanket so it was quite chilly at night. the kitchenette also wasn't of any use because the oven didn't work and smelled awful, and the stove would turn off after i turned it on multiple times. the wifi connection is weak, mobile internet is also out of reach there
