Nice appartment, very good location next to central station and not far from airport.

we felt very welcome. Although we arrived late, the host Raffaele was waiting for our arrival, gave keys, showed and explained everything. Also we got a lot of useful information from him. The dinner place he suggested was excellent. As we had to leave very early for airport he booked the taxi for us .

Exceptional stay - perfect apartment and amazing host!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, and has everything you could possibly need — from a fully equipped kitchen to a large, modern bathroom. The balcony offers a lovely view of Città Alta, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from both the city center and the old town, with a bus stop literally one minute away. Getting to and from the airport was super easy thanks to the convenient public transport. The beds and pillows deserve a special mention — truly the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Raffaele, the host, is simply fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with local tips or anything you might need. You can tell he genuinely cares about making his guests feel welcome and ensuring they have a great experience. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Bergamo — we’ll definitely be coming back every time we visit! A home away from home!

Lovely apartment, great value and location.

Raffaele was possibly the most accommodating owners I've ever encountered. He was always only a phone call or message away and was always willing to help with anything. Lovely apart three minutes from the station and only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Apartment was spotless with some basics like coffee/milk etc..there on arrival. A nice touch. Well recommended and will definitely return if back in Bergamo.

I definitely recommend it. A very kind and helpful host, easy to communicate with, lightning-fast responses, and we received a lot of valuable advice. We had two apartments, both very clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. Excellent location, very close to the train station (which was important to us). Fantastic place and outstanding host!!!

Raffaele is the best host I have ever had! He was extremely nice and super responsive. Our flight got canceled and we made last minute booking. He welcomed us right away and helped us with everything. If you would like a very nice place to stay and to have someone who will support you during your stay with everything you might need (food, shuttle, info etc) this is the right place. Also the view is amazing and you have the river running below your balcony!

Comfortable stay near Rail/ Bus Station in Bergamo

The rooms were on 1 st floor and there was a lift. It was comfortable and warm and only a short walk from the rail station. Good communication with the owner Raffaele via what’s app and he was there to meet us. We also arranged for him to take us to the airport early in the morning for an extra charge. There was basic cooking facilities with a microwave and the supermarket was about 5 min walk away. Bergamo looks an interesting town even though the weather was cold and wet when we were there.

EVERYTHING! RAFAELE is the BEST HOST on Booking I've ever encountered. He checked us in after midnight, he ensured we had everything and worried about my kids. He even offered to take us to the airport! He is fantastic and the place is gorgeous and a 2 min walk to the Airport bus stop. When in Bergamo we will ONLY stay here! Grazie mille per tutto!!!

Wonderful place

Breakfast was not included in booking but owner took care of coffee, tea milk jam and rusks Near the location there are shops and restaurants with delicious offers. The apartment is located very close to the railway and bus station. The old town and the funicular to it are close, for the more trained - within walking distance.

It would be nice to put a TV in the living room. (TVs are available in both bedrooms).

Highly recommend staycation near Bergamo train station!

-The location is right next to the bus stop and too close to the train station. - Host Raffael is very welcoming, friendly and understanding. - Felt cozy with properly equipped kitchen and nice wide comfortable bed. - The view of the near old buildings were satisfying.

- It needs some refurbishment. - No TV in the living room. - The shower water kept running between cold and hot continuously, I think it’s not a permanent issue but we faced that during our whole one day stay.

Gorgeous and beautiful apartment in Bergamo, with very nice and helpful host!

Our experience at Sleep and Fly Bergamo was absolutely amazing and wonderful! The host was very friendly and helpful; the process of collecting the keys was easy, and also the communication with the host was a 10/10. The location of the apartment was very convenient, located at a small distance from the train station, a large grocery store, and of course the airport which took us about 10 minutes by car. The apartment is extremely clean and equipped with absolutely everything that you can possibly need. It is a very spacious and beautiful home, that also has a balcony with a gorgeous view. The bedrooms were excellent and the bathroom was very nice as well. The check-in process is easy, as I've said earlier and so is the check-out process. We will definitely be staying in this apartment next time we visit Bergamo. We really recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Bergamo!

Wish I could stay longer!

Raffaele was always in contact well before my trip. He knew I was coming with children and asked if I needed anything more. He was also extremely helpful in booking transfers to the airport when we had to leave. The property is right next to the Train station. It’s easy to get down town. There is a market and lots offloaded to eat around the house.
