The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with detailed information about the local area and recommending places worth visiting. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
There were no negative aspects to mention – everything exceeded our expectations.

Mr Raffaele is a true honest and wonderful person! He made sure to be present when we arrived, which was past 1AM and to pick us up at the airport at a fair price.
The room was like new, super clean and included a free small breakfast with espresso.
I can't thank Mr Raffaele enough for all he did for us, for his joy and kindness, a rarity of a host nowadays

The rooms were on 1 st floor and there was a lift. It was comfortable and warm and only a short walk from the rail station. Good communication with the owner Raffaele via what’s app and he was there to meet us. We also arranged for him to take us to the airport early in the morning for an extra charge.
There was basic cooking facilities with a microwave and the supermarket was about 5 min walk away. Bergamo looks an interesting town even though the weather was cold and wet when we were there.
